Power Platform Lead - Birmingham
Hybrid working
Power Platform Lead will provide Dynamics 365 CE expertise as part of large customer engagements.
They should be experienced in leading an engagement from estimation stage all the way through to the handover to support whilst working alongside other practices and third-party organisations.
They will be able to guide a team of people to achieve an end product as detailed in customer requirements.
They will play a vital role in balancing risk, commercial-focus and customer expectations by working closely with the Project Manager.
As part of the role of leading on engagement they will also help develop other team members through on-the-project coaching.
Key duties and responsibilities
Play a lead role in solution delivery.
Dependent on the size of the project you will be expected to lead a team of functional (and technical) consultants ensuring smooth delivery and a unified approach.
Participate in every aspect of the solution implementation from: leading workshops and analysing the customer's requirements to configuring the D365 CE applications and environment/release management.
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the customer organisation to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
Provide in-depth knowledge of the D365 CE applications and evaluate the customer's business processes against the standard D365 CE functionality.
Provide Project Management for smaller D365 CE Implementations including Budget, Resource, Milestones reporting supported by Crimson's PMO function.
Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Pre-sales support including demonstrations and estimations supporting Crimson Sales and Consultancy teams as required.
If modifications/customisations are required, either to processes or to the Dynamics 365 CE applications, the Functional Lead should facilitate the customer's decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.
Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully adopt and maintain the D365 CE solution.
Have industry experience and understand challenges and risks when implementing vertically aligned applications.
Technical Skills:
Design, create and configure Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform.
solutions implementing Crimsons ‘low code, no code' approach.
Dynamics 365 CE/CRM product experience on the following:
Sales - (Lead / Opportunity / Quote / Order / Invoice)
Marketing and campaigns
Including Add-ons e.g., Click Dimensions/MailChimp/Microsoft Dynamics Marketing).
Service and Case management including SLAs and Entitlements.
Where appropriate can implement complex field types (Rollup / Calculated / Customer).
Understands the Dynamics 365 CE security model and which components of the system that can be restricted by security.
Where necessary, can write and interpret JavaScript within the context of Dynamics 365 CE.
Ability to extend solutions using complimentary Office 365 / Power Platform technologies such as:
Power Platform
Power Automate - Create and maintain complex Power Automate flows implementing different trigger events, trigger filtering and multiple actions.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is accountable for providing capital engineering support within Operations.
This includes executing engineering projects for capital installations $20M+, project management from design through startup, and providing long range technical planning and strategies for the business.
Operations
Provides engineering support to Production to optimize packaging process. Develop packaging automation into reliable and robust production equipment with optimal performance. proactively identify and drive opportunities to improve packaging performance, reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation.
Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) Collect, review and present equipment reliability results and performance data to determine optimal equipment set-up to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness
Capital Plan
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, justification, CAR processing, purchasing, and installation.
Support start-up efforts including in person training and documentation. Manage projects through design review process from project scope charters through successful startup transition to the local site team.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on providing training, writing appropriate standard operating procedures, and maintenance training plans & parts. Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses.
Safety
Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions.
Responsible for safety devices, safe design, etc.

Administer process hazard analyses (PHA's) for identified materials, processes, and RHP Compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical Engineering is preferred.
Industrial and Electrical Engineers with Hands-on experience will be considered. 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret process drawings (process flow diagrams and P&ID's).
PLC with ladder logic analysis.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. project management, written and verbal communication skills are required along with a high level of initiative.
strong leadership skills, in project and people management in a continuous improvement environment in the areas of production, safety, quality and Lean manufacturing principles

Essential Functions:
Communicate with local sales force assigned to the Service Center regarding inventory, color, and service needs. Manage daily/ weekly cycle counting on physical inventories.
Manage inventory reorder points (ROPs) and reorder quantities (ROQs) levels to yield established on time in full (OTIF) and inventory goals. Manage receipt of inbound and shipment of outbound goods. Assure on Time in Full delivery to customer's request. Perform Root Cause Analysis on OTIF misses. Approval and processing of returned goods and replenishment of orders in a timely manner. Prepare Bills of Lading per Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and guidelines. Assure compliance with all regulatory, safety procedures, housekeeping expectations as defined by management.
Assist in daily warehousing duties as needed. Supervise, monitor and maintain training schedules for all personnel including: safety, DOT, forklift, IATA. Actively communicate with management to keep them advised on all pertinent matters. Preform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum of Associates Degree in a Business-related discipline or minimum 7 years practical experience, 2+ years Supervisor or Management experience Forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test.
Desired Qualification:
1+ year sales or retail experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects over 50 pounds.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Summary:
IBP technical professional with 5-7 years of experience in SAP Planning Platforms (IBP/APO), SAP Materials Management, and SAP integrations to take leading IT position in implementation of SAP IBP and ownership of the platform.
Position will be responsible for the ongoing strategic development and operation of a highly effective SAP IBP Platform, optimizing processes and technology, and managing any staffing requirements.
Position is expected to work closely with business executives and stakeholders in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support business planning solutions and data integrations to deliver capabilities to satisfy business needs.
In addition, this position will strive to maintain relevant technical skills to support the organization's planning systems landscape.
Requirements:
Excellent working knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and integration with SAP ECC /S4HANA.
Experience with configuration and customization of SAP IBP modules. Key figures, parameters, master data, time profiles, planning profiles, ABC/XYZ segmentation, demand models, sales history, statistical forecasts, promotions, sales, and statistical forecasts across all hierarchical levels, including planning areas. New product introduction, integrating promotions, data realignment, and link planning parameters to forecast models. Planning/Supply time fence; order-based planning; constrained planning models; scenario planning and what if analysis; supply planning infinite and finite optimization; inventory optimizations and alerts. Collaborative planning, integration with existing SAP ECC/ S4HANA systems. Good working knowledge of SAP Material Management and Inventory Management functions, practices, master data and processes. Ability to perform IT Functional Lead project related responsibilities and other various IT projects. Experience in solving production support, break fix and enhancements of the SAP system integration with IBP modules. Ability to provide IBP and planning systems expertise and work closely with the project team.
Process mapping experience of IBP processes. Experience in developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the IBP solution, testing execution, communicate testing results back to the client, managing & training end users, developing training documentation, executing training, etc. Experience working with master data integration. Strategic thinker and team player. Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. Excellent critical thinking skills, strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: Serve as the domain expert and advocate for best implementation practices. Hands-on system configuration of SAP IBP, Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-Startup support ensuring that IBP is properly functioning from end-to-end and conforms to specifications. Understanding business processes and requirements and translating them to specific software requirements including Business Requirements Documents & GAP Analysis for extension development. Create functional requirements and use cases.
Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoffs. Partner with project team to translate business specifications into test specifications & scripts. Collaborate with the vendor and client to perform software testing and report on quality metrics. Communicates issues, concerns and problems to team members and upper management.
Assist staff and users with solving software related problems. Able to work in a respectful manner with both internal and external partners. Follow all safety procedures within the company policies. Position requires nominal travel.
Travel to other company sites during critical project phases, optimization work, and business support are potential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related applications. 5+ years experience in IBP SOP, Demand, Supply Response, Inventory and Control Tower. 3+ years experience in IBP configuration and implementation with demonstrability end results. 5+ years experience with SAP including materials / inventory management areas. Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Initiative-taking with ability to play differing roles on the functional team. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Hands on experience of working with integration aspects of SAP cross modules MM/IM, PP, MRP, etc.
