This is a full time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Motherwell
Rate of pay: £22,405 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7 - 8 hour shifts between: 00:00-23:59

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative
As a Warehouse Stock Operative you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Things you will be doing as a Procurement Manager:
Report to the Director of Procurement North & Central Europe
Look after all the aspects of the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for all operational products and services
Forecast level of demand for services and products
Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers
Evaluate bids and make recommendations
Negotiate and agree contracts
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
Undertake value-for-money reviews
Analyse data and produce reports and statistics
Keep up to date with trends and innovations, regulations and new technology
You will be a great fit if you have:
Procurement or Supply chain managerial experience in the Hospitality sector
Fluent in English, German or Dutch is required,
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification is desirable
Excellent written, verbal and communicational skills
Strong negotiation skills
Commercial and financial awareness
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Planning skills to identify what the business needs
Strong analytical ability
