QC of Inspection data recording, quality control of real-time video data and ensuring that, where required, all data sheets are completed accurately.
Ensure anomalies identified during online and offline inspections are accurately recorded and reported to the Inspection Coordinator, Superintendent/OVM and Client in a timely manner determined by the magnitude of the finding and anomaly criteria.
Assist in project reporting and delivery in accordance with Fugro and client specifications and document control parameters; document any variations to the workscope or procedures and inform the Client Deliverables department.

Mechanical Engineer to be trained as an HGV Crane Technician, £35000, with overtime OTE £45000K, Monday to Friday no weekend work, free parking, Company to invest for additional qualifications (qualified ALLMI thorough examiner for lorry-mounted cranes.Location of the Mechanical Engineer position: EllandThe Mechanical Engineer position would suit people who are looking for a career change but at the same time utilise your skillset in a different setting. The company are a HGV modification company that is a market leader in what they do.
As the company continue to grow they are looking to invest and train somebody to become a fully skilled HGV Crane Technician.The role compromises various crane-related tasks from helping with the initial vehicle build to the safe set-up and final crane tests.
Finalised by the handover and delivering the customer training of the equipment to ensure the customer leaves with a superior and safe knowledge of crane operation.
The Mechanical Engineer would suit people who may be qualified in HGV mechanics, electrical, engineering or hydraulic equipment.This position would be a customer facing , so customer service skills are important as well as an understanding of health and safety requirements in a testing and handover situation.What will be on offer for the Mechanical Engineer (Crane Technician) position:
