This role involves preparing them for CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO) certification to allow in-house delivery of Site Safety Plus courses.
The position combines both in-person training (primarily in Coleshill, Exeter, Reading, and London) and virtual sessions, offering agile working flexibility.
Occasional travel within the UK may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver CITB-accredited training (SMSTS, SSSTS) and other SHE courses.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse - CAMHS to work in a spectacular mental health hospital based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester area.

The service is dedicated to providing innovative, high quality care and treatment for patients with challenging and complex needs, in order to enable their recovery and re-engagement with the community

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin

As the Deputy Ward Manager your key responsibilities include:
Clinical Direction of the service
Provide clinical supervision for the ward team
Implement best practice
Participate fully with the multi-disciplinary team
Support service development initiatives
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experienced in MDT working
Be patient centric and have a commitment to delivering high quality care
Possess fine-tuned decision making skills
Have an excellent organisational capacity and effective communication skills
Be flexible and have a strong “can do” attitude
At least over 2 years post qualified working in CAMHS
The successful Deputy Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £44,000 - £48,000 per annum DOE.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.

Work with individuals to stabilise their mental health and behaviours with the aim to maximise independence and promote reintegration into the community at the earliest opportunity

Responsible for deputising in the absence of the ward manager if necessary and therefore must demonstrate a willingness to develop and expand on their existing roles and responsibilities

Motivated, flexible and ready to take on a new challenge
Focused on patient centred care
Have a commitment to developing and delivering high quality care
Possess, or be ready to develop effective decision making skills

The successful Charge Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £41,475 per annum DOE.
