Our client, a leading financial services firm has an exciting new role for a NAV Oversight Analyst to join their team in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering processes and controls, and to be an SME within the team on NAV oversight.

Core Responsibilities:
Delivery of NAV oversight activities ensuring that effective NAV oversight controls are in place, and the delivery of pricing is accurate.
Supporting the trade life cycle across equities, bonds, foreign exchange and derivatives
Completion of other oversight checks on outsourced activities to ensure service delivery is maintained to agreed standards
Oversight of third-party administrator; including monitoring and recording of the timeliness and quality of deliverables
Provision of monthly reporting and other regular deliverables, ensuring sign off within specified timelines and performing controls to ensure outputs are complete and accurate
Preparing procedures, processes and controls documents, ensuring all department procedures and checklists remain up to date
Involvement in project and change activity including fund change, client take on and transition activity

The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. Serving as a Key Worker/Named Therapist to actively coordinate and oversee the therapeutic regimen to achieve agreed rehabilitation objectives.
Playing a pivotal role in crafting secure discharge plans.
Assessing and supplying necessary equipment to support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Delivering interventions as part of an MDT strategy and contributing to MDT service enhancements.
Maintaining meticulous records and clinical documentation in adherence to company protocols and RCOT guidelines.
Facilitating effective and timely communication across all levels, including patients, families, the MDT, and external entities.
Contributing to the in-service education and training initiatives for the broader MDT.
Providing guidance and supervision to junior staff, including assistants and students.
Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals from harm while upholding their human rights.
Qualifications & Training Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Demonstrated commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Previous experience in Neurorehabilitation and post-acute Brain Injury care
Salary and Benefits:

Job Purpose
- To progress own case load efficiently to both satisfy the client and maximise the Firms interests.
Key Tasks/Areas
- Effective use of Firms case management system
- Manage own case load efficiently
- Liaise with referrers and manage their expectations in respect of quality and service
- Take initial instructions from clients
- Ability to vet a claim at initial stages
- Assess funding requirements
- Investigate liability / assessing quantum
- Liaise with Insurers
- Advising clients
- Litigation work subject to experience and expertise
- Drafting court documents where appropriate
- Court proceedings/compliance with pre-action protocols
- Advocacy as and when required
- Liaison with Counsel / Instructions to Counsel
- Negotiating settlements
- Prepare predictive costs calculations and possibly negotiate
- Provide assistance to team members
- Compliance with office procedures
- Weekly reports to Team Manager
- Any other duties that may be required of you by the Firm from time to time
- Training new staff entering the department as and when required.
Qualifications/skills required to perform role
- Basic typing skills/computer skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Good telephone manner/ability to communicate effectively
- ILEX exams preferred
