The team has a responsibility to work cohesively with connected services and social care teams to ensure the best care and support is given to children and young people.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.
Experience within a children's mental health service lends exceptionally well to this role also.
A valid UK driving licence is required due to the community based aspect of this position.
