Requirements:
Previous experience working in a busy NOC or Service Desk role.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies; CCNA or equivalent preferred but not required
Knowledge of OSI model
Ability to obtain Security Clearance
Note; You must be able to work shifts between 7 am and 7 pm (Monday to Friday) and occasional weekend shifts on a rota.
Weekend shifts are worked from home, overtime will be paid and you'll have the Monday and Friday either side of the weekend shift off.
