The service supports children and young adults between the ages of 8-18 years old with Emotional Behaviour Disorders and complex needs.
The Deputy Manager will be supporting the Registered Manager to ensure that residents are supported in a safe and secure environment.
You will have the ability to support the home in the absence of the managers, liaise with outside providers to get the best support for the young people in your care, dealing with rotas, recruitment and inductions for new members of staff.
The successful person will have:
Level 3 in Children and Young People / NVQ Level 3
Commitment to complete the Level 5 in Leadership & Management

About the team

About you

You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.
Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
Reprofiling the fixture where necessary to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
Supporting the store where necessary with replenishment.
Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights).
