We have RETAIL FIXTURE INSTALLER opportunities where you will be working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews and Store Support Projects.
The Role
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday
A current and valid CSCS card is a must, additional certifications such as SIERS/IPAF & SMSTS would be ideal but not essential.
Implementing all elements of racking and shelving installations and merchandising to plan
You will be required to carry out the following:
Checking equipment deliveries
Transporting equipment from store warehouse yard using pallet trucks
Dismantling and erection of racking inline with store plans and phasing
Fixing racking to floor & walls using power tools
Palletising and banding of equipment ready for collection
Carry out health and safety checks.
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights).
Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Travelling will be involved when local work is not available.
Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
Desirable Qualities:
Able to make decisions and prioritise.
Previous experience in Retail installation.
Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.
Comfortable working at height.
Problem solving and a ‘can do' attitude.
Full UK driving licence.
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required.

Job Summary:
Due to continued growth, my Client, a building provider company seek an Internal Sales person to join their expanding team.
The person must have relevant experience within the construction industry.
The company provide flexible working hours, ongoing training and progression for the right candidate. Main Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Grow new business by engaging with decision making stakeholders within the construction industry

Your role is to boost my client’s business with selling the complete range of heating solutions.

You will be working with both National and Independent Merchants, creating demand through the Installers.
Covering Hampshire and the Southwest, ensuring local support and expertise.
You will have 30% Account Management and 70% New Business.

The Ideal Person for the Area Sale Manager
Ideally you will already sell boilers, however our client will consider people already selling similar products into the National and Independent Merchants and Installers.
