The Role of the Territory Manager
• The Territory Manager's purpose in this role is to increase cardiology sales volume and revenue through medical device product sales, year on year whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share.
• You must build a network of KOLs/advocates in the Cardiology field and foster strong relationships to grow market share in the UK.
• To have a comprehensive knowledge of Cardiology products and procedures, including product range, technical specifications, prices, features, benefits, clinical applications and sales strategies.
• Presentation of Cardiology products and services to clinicians, theatre managers and nursing staff.
• Education of customers (and team members) in the practical features, benefits, handling of product, new technologies and the techniques employed in using the equipment.

You must have working experience of Audatex (or similar estimating software) and ideally hold an ATA VDA.
Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:

- You will ensure our work providers menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies and key information for each contract is being adhered too on each job.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Maintenance Technician II: 1+ year of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Primary Responsibilities: Develop Standard Work for all injection molding processes and support activities and help train leaders in each functional area. Justify and generate capital expense proposals and manage capital projects for new machinery, automation and tooling. Drive continuous improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through team participation in tiered meetings and plant management processes to improve resource utilization, performance and quality. Work to capture and report machine cycle data across all key injection molding equipment using Industry 4.0 concepts and an internal web-based OEE software platform. Oversee specification, quotation and procurement of new or modified/repaired tooling. Establish optimum machine cycle parameters for new or modified tooling and machine combinations. - Conduct active housekeeping, issuing client invoices promptly, and addressing outstanding activities.
- Ensure prompt debiting of renewals, and new business and actively participate in setting
up finance agreements, promptly addressing any account queries.
- Assist Account Executives in broking and placing new clients, contributing to overall team
success.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities for appropriate products to
existing clients.
- Deliver superior service by keeping promises, meeting deadlines, and ensuring professional
communication.
- Contribute to developing and implementing operational improvements company-wide.
- Maintain files appropriately for easy accessibility by others and assist colleagues with their workload as needed.
- Comply with regulatory requirements, and industry codes of practice, including CII Code of
Ethics, and the Company's procedures and rules.
- Always ensure fair treatment of clients and manage potential conflicts of interest.
- Maintain and develop personal knowledge and skills through Continuing Professional Development (CPD), internal and external training sessions, and staying updated on technical, legal, and market developments.
Candidate profile -
- A minimum of 2 years of broking experience
- Knowledge of Property, Package Policies and Contractors All Risk, Commercial Combined.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise your workload.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Be a good team player with a drive to succeed.
- Negotiation skills
- Acts compliantly with a good understanding of regulatory requirements.
- IT literate with client systems and Microsoft packages
- Ideally, be qualified to Cert CII level or be prepared to attain this with support from the business.
- Delegated Authorities - Understand the responsibilities inherent in acting on insurers' behalf and implementing, ensuring compliance with regulations and insurer agreements.
