Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, potential failures, and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with operations, production, and maintenance teams to develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives. Ensure the implementation of best practices in reliability engineering across the facility.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the maintenance and engineering teams. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations and manage the development of direct reports.
Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage the maintenance and engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Monitor and control maintenance and project expenses to ensure alignment with financial targets. Identify opportunities for cost savings through process optimization, energy efficiency, and resource management.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance and engineering activities comply with OSHA, environmental, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, and engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS), reliability engineering principles, and project management methodologies. Experience with root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM). Autocad proficiency Completed formal training in and/or have at least 1 year experience applying continuous improvement tools such as TPM, Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, etc. Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion. We are seeking an experienced Butchery Manager to lead our butchery department at our Droitwich location.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the butchery team, ensuring high standards of customer service and effective task delegation
Work hands-on, preparing and cutting meat and poultry to ensure high-quality products

Monitor sales and margins, taking necessary action to meet performance targets

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in butchery is essential
Relevant qualifications, such as Butchery Level 2, are preferred, and candidates must be trained or willing to train to at least Food Hygiene Level 3
Retail sales experience with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Visual merchandising experience and a creative flair for creating eye-catching displays
Proven experience leading and managing a team, with the ability to motivate and support staff

Regional Lens Account Manager - Role
Achieve agreed sales targets for value within specified area
Educate and train all levels of customers' employees within account base on features and benefits of all listed products, generic technical and optical knowledge, and generic sales skills and techniques to improve product mix and overall sales within account base.
Through the use of persuasion and compelling arguments increase sales versus the competition throughout account base
Provide excellent customer service to the account base through regular calls, follow up and ongoing contact to meet customer requirements
Operate within agreed cost budgets for entertainment and expenses through planning the most economical coverage of the territory
Execute joint marketing/local promotions that have been formally agreed to drive sales

Working on own initiative to tight deadlines
Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing

Base salary up to £32,500
