Service Care Solutions is currently working on behalf of a well-focused local authority, based in Great Manchester, which is in need of an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team.
This role pays a competitive rate of £50-55 an hour umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care
Able to Draft legal documents and contracts
Provide expert advice and guidance as appropriate for own area of expertise.
Court of Protection Work including: COPDOL11s,Section 16 applications, S.21A Challenges and S.117 responsibilities
About you:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in Adult Social Care law.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Has worked in the Adult Social Care legal team with an local authority

Experience in managing junior staff is desirable.
