General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule. Assists the Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties.
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms. Visits job site as necessary. Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes, Attend or be involved via conference call.
