GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Act as the subject matter expert for Tremco North American manufacturing facilities to continuously improve production efficiency and operational excellence (MS168).
Develop, execute, implement, promote, monitor, measure, and improve consistent continuous improvement practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engages the leadership team in developing continuous improvement strategy, establishing timelines, identifying results, as week as setting and achieving goals utilizing Lean initiatives which includes working with key leadership both functionally and strategically to drive overall improvements in specific areas.

Leads the implementation of Lean programs from inception to completion including but not limited to organizing, planning, coordinating, facilitating, reviewing and communicating status of projects managed and cost reductions recognized.
Provides input and feedback about process improvement opportunities.
Analyzes current production processes and procedures, conducts environmental scans, defines current state gaps, and develops plans/countermeasures to deploy continuous improvement strategies.
Plans and develops guidelines, targets, standards, and metrics for monitoring and measuring results to ensure desired results and drive accountability throughout the organization.
Monitors activity of continuous improvement teams and team champions; alerts management of additional support needed to achieve desired results.
Oversees the development of new testing tools and measurement methods and systems to ensure products meet quality standards.
Develops MS168 leaders and systems to positively impact operational efficiencies including but not limited to creating and administering monitoring systems and reviews, aligning assessments to human systems capabilities, etc.
Coaches and develops champions at manufacturing locations to foster a continuous improvement mindset.
Facilitates and leads the continuous improvement process by identifying training needs and providing education and mentoring in problem solving methodology, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
Provides training, tools, and logistical assistance for continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluates the performance or ability of employees to understand and apply lean principles.
Collaborates with Environmental, Health and Safety resources to ensure continuity and support for related objectives.
Maintains current knowledge of lean performance principles and practices and keeps the organization informed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.) from four-year college or university in manufacturing, operations, engineering or another related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
5 years related experience in manufacturing, process management, continuous improvement, analytics, project management, etc.
Experience with Value Stream Mapping, facilitating Kaizen events, implementing lean tools and processes such as: continuous flow, set up reduction, pull systems, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5S practices.
Experience developing and delivering employee training programs.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Full working knowledge of Lean Concepts and TQM process evaluation techniques with demonstrated success in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with related technology systems i.e.
SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.
Ability to change behavior, build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives, overcome resistance, inspire and motivate others to perform well and effectively influence the actions and opinions of others through effective coaching and leadership Understands business implications of decisions, displays orientation to profitability, aligns work with strategic goals, and develops and implements cost saving measures.

GENRAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Technician conducts testing on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure conformance to all quality requirements both internal and external.
In addition, this role maintains the lab in a safe and organized manner to comply with all corporate or governmental policies for safety, environmental, and quality and assists with plantwide ISO 9001 compliance in whatever capacity required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual batch testing activities per product and procedural requirements. Perform periodic calibrations of lab and plant equipment. Participate in the development of quality specifications for raw materials, finished products or substitute materials. Perform periodic quality audits of production processes and finished goods. Communicate with other departments about the status of quality material. Perform first piece inspections on finished products.
EDUCATION:

The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.

Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases. Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Maintenance Technician III: 3+ years of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
GENERAL PURPOSEOF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customers ( including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involve working with the superintendent or Tech Rep assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as managing all sub-contractor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage field crews and subcontractors with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. Schedule and manage sub-contractors. Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create and update project schedules. Keep project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure quality control management of project. Control and schedule all field inspections. Verify that project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. Upholding high levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy. Willing to travel 100% of area as needed. This job manages field crews and sub-contractors
EDUCATION
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;.
EXPERIENCE
This position requires 10 years experience in commercial / industrial built-up roofing systems and / or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, Building construction, field fabrication of metal work.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Intermediate Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
