We are looking for Stores Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based in Doncaster
We welcome applications from candidates with a stores, stock control, warehouse operative background and working in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
Duties of the Stores Operative include:-
Be able to administer Stock Control, to include stock movements out or in, reporting any shortfalls or faults on the same day, regular checking of stock levels, full stock taking procedures, product knowledge, administering and checking the stock control system on the software provided and liaising with all departments and systems in relation to this process.
To maintaining acceptable stock levels agreed with Finance department and use the requisition procedure.
Make available stock relating to field work.
Returning of field stock to suppliers as required.
Liaise with project purchaser, finance, planning and workshop to prepare stock requirements.
Provide all equipment and consumables to all the workshop engineers for the next day's work.
By completing this each engineer should not be awaiting supplies at all during their working day.
Be able to liaise with the Workshop and knowledge of their processes, which includes stock duties, purchase duties and health and safety requirements and procedures.
Be able to organise subcontract work required for products, arranging dispatch, and accepting returns making sure the relevant quality checks are observed.
Be able to process any returns or faulty goods, liaising with suppliers and our accounts department, making sure a replacement or credit is obtained.
Be able to package goods to be sent out in a safe and secure manner, and for it to contain the correct paperwork and labelling.
Make sure the stock is maintained, and stored, in a safe and correct manner, keep to the designated stock areas, observing COSHH safety data for storage and use, and to be clean and tidy at all times.
Observe recycling and waste disposal policies of the Company.
Month end process for stock valuation.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. After developing a new process, coordinate the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures and process parameters. Productivity Use knowledge of the manufacturing process to improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities. Lead the effort to identify causes which result in productivity levels below the expected. Role Overview:As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of external work packages, from initial tendering to final delivery.

The role involves working on highly complex electronics equipment, requiring a deep understanding of engineering and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Management: Take ownership of supply chain projects, managing all stages from conception and initiation through to design, development, manufacture, qualification, and delivery.
Technical Specifications and Tendering: Define technical requirements, create detailed work package specifications, and manage the tendering process to ensure the selection of suitable suppliers.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they deliver to the required standards of time, cost, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues that may affect project delivery, implementing corrective actions where necessary to keep projects on track.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement, to align project objectives and resolve any technical or logistical challenges.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, managing schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones.
Regularly report on status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work packages adhere to the company's quality standards and customer requirements, overseeing testing, validation, and certification activities where needed.
Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the refinement of project management processes and supply chain strategies, seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Experience Required:We are looking for a driven and committed individual with the following qualifications and skills:
Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing projects from inception to delivery, ideally within the electronics engineering or manufacturing sector.
Tendering and Supplier Management: Strong background in tendering processes and supplier management, with experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.
Electronics Engineering Background: Understanding of complex systems or electronic units, with the ability to comprehend technical specifications and ensure they are met by suppliers.
Lifecycle Management: Familiarity with managing projects across all phases, including concept, development, manufacture, qualification, and customer delivery.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate with suppliers, and present project updates to management.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership over the delivery of work packages.
Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
Engineering Qualification: Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, electronics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Project Management Certification: A formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile is advantageous.
Experience in Defence or Aerospace Industries: Familiarity with industry-specific standards, regulations, and quality requirements is a plus.

An opportunity has arisen for the role of a Maintenance Engineer to become an integral member of a Market Leading Chemical Manufacturing team.
The permanent, days-based Maintenance Engineer will be working alongside the Engineering team, controlling the efficiency and safety of the chemical production, on a COMAH Site, upgrading and installing new equipment as required as well as maintain all current systems.
Main responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:
To complete planned preventative maintenance regimes, inspections schedules on site plant, equipment, and buildings
Working with sites Permit to work and risk assessment systems
To accurately complete job records and update as required
