Intern will work alongside our Continuous Improvement Manager, Plant Managers, and other CI personnel performing the following duties: Waste identification and data collection to prioritize resource allocation Daily accountability to continuous improvement framework Participating in, and eventually leading, Focused Improvement Team (FIT) events (level 3 Kaizen) FIT Event preparation and Follow-Up Cost savings calculation and management Develop ideas and make suggestions that can be implemented within the plant to continuously improve performance, productivity, communication, and follow-up Handle special assignments as needed. Carboline is looking for a paid Quality Intern located at their Headquarters in St.
Louis, MO.
