The Engineering Manager will be based at their flag ship site in the Leighton Buzzard area.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will manage all aspects of engineering maintenance and project engineering activities, implementing new maintenance plans and developing the maintenance team through training, coaching and mentoring.
As the Engineering Maintenance Manager, you will lead Engineering Projects on site and a maintenance team, undertaking the development of maintenance systems, legislative requirements and value engineering will also be part of this role as Engineering Manager. Duties of Engineering Maintenance Manager
Working within a manufacturing environment as an engineering manager, leading teams of maintenance engineers
Implementation of projects and systems including PPMs and ideally TPM

Working closely with production teams to ensure the plant is constantly improving its process
Both preventative and reactive maintenance experience, whilst driving a proactive culture, including management of R & M budget
Leading improvement projects, such as stores and parts control driving a proactive maintenance culture

As a Workshop Technician you will be working within the ROV Workshop team and will report directly into the ROV Technician Supervisor.
You will also work alongside the Fugro project teams, logistics, Technical Manager and other ROV support teams internally and externally.
We are looking for someone with a recognized apprenticeship in a mechanical or hydraulic discipline (or equivalent).
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of principles, techniques, procedures, and the use of equipment required for the repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
They must be able to read, comprehend, and follow diagrams, schematic drawings, OEM manuals, and engineering instructions, and possess good workshop practices and skills.
Additionally, the candidate should be based in or within commutable distance of Aberdeen.
In addition to the essential qualifications, it would be advantageous for candidates to have an understanding of basic electrical principles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also desirable.
Previous experience working on ROV systems and/or Subsea Tooling equipment, whether in an offshore or onshore environment, would be highly beneficial.

We are working with the UKs largest Automotive service, maintenance and repair business to recruit for a Vehicle Technician to join their workshop.
As a Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic, you will be already skilled in servicing and repair/replacement work.
Youll have the ability to carry out more complex tasks such as clutches and timing belt replacements and diagnostics in areas such as vehicle electrics, brake steering and suspension systems.
