Our Well Established Client is seeking an experiences Contracts Manager.
Responsible for delivering all aspects of projects under his or her control from planning through implementation to final account stage.
Responsibilities:
Management of QEHS on all sites
Management of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, Site staff
Managing relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients, End Customers
Problem solving and decision making in collaboration with management on site matters
Planning of resources, labour, materials and subcontractors
Management of materials and supplies on site in safe and secure manner
Delivering projects on program and within P&L budgets
Liaising with design team
Monitoring progress on site
Maintaining site documentation in orderly and accurate manner
Approving all Final Account Claims including all variations
Responsibility for all projects
Holding regular meetings with management team to discuss and monitor progress of projects
Reviewing all minutes of project meetings and addressing all issues arising
Submitting weekly status reports to management team
Attending monthly management meetings
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in CM role
Qualification or Equivalent in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
HVAC or mechanical experience

A client within the Public Sector based in Merseyside is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team as soon as possible.
The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a M&E consultancy environment.
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to provide outstanding M&E designs for a large portfolio
of projects, from small, bespoke schemes to multi-million-pound developments.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Present at tender interviews.
Identify potential opportunities.
Prepare fee quotes.
Prepare of case studies
Identify suitable PR opportunities, however small.
Prepare budget costs.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require to be HNC or degree qualified.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Autocad/Revit and IES.
It will be essential to be in experiences in the below:
Lead schemes from inception through to completion and work to deadlines.
Be capable of producing high quality Mechanical Services Design.
Be a strong team player, who takes pride in their work and wants to progress their career.
Help with the development of younger members of staff.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £45,000 - £55,000 p/a.

This long-established manufacturer are looking for an experienced Engineering Design to lead a team engineers and CAD Designers.
The product is electromechanical in nature and includes the housing of electronic equipment, fabrication, small steel structures and display systems.
Typical day to day duties would include:
Overseeing the in-house design team in day-to-day activities.
Liaising with sales and direct with clients to establish design parameters.
Ensuring all members of the design team are aware of those parameters.
Overseeing value engineering.
