GENERAL SUMMARY: RPM is looking to add an Associate, IT Help Desk Support to the Corporate IT team to help provide user support of its Corporate Staff and subsidiaries.
This role is an excellent first step into a global organization in the midst of a digital transformation in an effort to become more data driven.
This role will report to the Lead, IT Help Desk Support.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Perform first-level hands on incident management and problem management/troubleshooting. Set up and configure user equipment including but not limited to laptops, desktop and mobile devices. Administer IT service requests, which include necessary communication with appropriate users and other IT staff members. Track issues via ticketing system. Assist with hardware and peripheral inventory. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and abilities required.
Experience and Education Required:
1-3 years' experience with IT end-user support. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 software including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and OneDrive/Sharepoint. Experience with supporting computing and mobile devices (laptop, desktop, tablet, mobile phones). Associate's degree or higher preferred; or equivalent work experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills Good research skills. Experience working in a distributed team-oriented, collaborative environment. Travel as required (typically 0-20%)

Summary:
Manage the Wood Care Watco, Zinsser and Flooring product portfolio to develop and promote new products and optimize and grow existing product lines.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize, strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Create exceptional user experiences, working with our Creative department visually appealing interfaces with target audience. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition and market trends.
Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations.
Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch. Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned. Developing strategic plans and innovating roadmaps for key product segments. Driving new product development activities through Stage-Gate product management and market research. Ensuring profitability within the assigned market segments, including supporting the product commercialization process. Define and develop product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
6+ years of relevant Product or Brand experience Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate problem solver and creative thinker, with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback. Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions. Team player looking to advance in their own career while helping colleagues learn and grow. Confident public speaker with the ability to influence senior level management.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Tremco's Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing division is currently searching for Operator I's at our Ashland, Ohio facility.
This position starts up, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of scrap, timing and output rate a majority of the time in one of the manufacturing areas listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures. Produce product according to tolerances on blueprints. Perform routine measurements per quality standards. Read and interpret extrusion instructions. Maintain accurate paperwork. Correctly package and label products. Perform daily housekeeping duties: sweep, mop, chip salt, skim, and maintain 5S areas. Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards. Setup and operate various off-line and secondary equipment to include cutters, tape machines, punch press, hot box, and reeling machine.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training needed; rubber molding experience preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
