Leverage collaborative relationships to address higher-level discrepancies and ensure alignment between field operations and sales objectives including but not limited to field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc. Manage administrative requirements including but not limited to expense management, timecards and time management, monthly sales projections, status reports, large job approvals, sales quotes, project specifications, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in related field such as construction management, business, management, communications, etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
With a high school diploma or GED, 5 years of related management experience in customer service, business, construction or services related experience is required. With a Bachelor or higher degree, a minimum of 3 years related management experience required; education will be considered in lieu of experience. On-site construction safety experience is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
OSHA 10-hour training preferred
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to lead and manage a team focused on safety, customer satisfaction, resource productivity, and business profitability. Proven communications skills (written, verbal, presentation, and listening) to clearly, concisely, directly and effectively relay information up, down and across. This is a contractor sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.

* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.

* Class B CDL driver s license.
