You will play a key role in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in vacant (void) properties, ensuring they meet safety standards and are ready for new tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive electrical inspections in void properties across Peterborough.
Carrying out electrical testing and certification, including EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports).
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in accordance with regulations.
Installing and testing new electrical systems, including full rewires and upgrades.
Ensuring all work complies with IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).

As a Retail Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
