What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Summary:
As our Area Manager for Pro Channel, you are responsible for driving sales and represent Rust-Oleum's 14 platforms of products to independent paint dealers and professional paint contractors within the assigned geographic territory based in the Chicago, IL metro area.
This individual will work from a home-based office within the territory in which they will service. Travel accounts for 40-50% of the time within the territory.
Responsibilities: Here's what you can expect every day: Maintain regular contact with customers to identify business opportunities, and to present new products. Identify customer needs to facilitate product recommendations, and planogram recommendations. Weekly/Monthly planning of calls dealer at the corporate level as well as store visits Work with customer service to assure customer satisfaction on orders and set pricing. Manage territory expense budgets. Achieve quarterly sales objectives
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of previous paint & coatings outside sales experience is preferred. Associates or Bachelor's degree in a business related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
Prior experience in a sales service role with demonstrated success in customer retention. Must possess a valid Driver's License and have maintained a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by Rust-Oleum. Previous retail selling experience strongly desired, paint store dealer experience a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, SAP, Power BI and various Internet applications. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self- perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using the available tools, including collaboration with the RBM. Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction. Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed. Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management-related coordination and collaboration.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI.
These areas include: Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc. Customer service Reporting compliance Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, planning, and results Personnel and process management All issues that require collaboration or elevation of authority Lead and uphold the highest levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes, laws, and Tremco policies and contribute to developing a safety-oriented culture that will result in 100% compliance with: Toolbox Talk attendance DTA reporting Truck audits The goal of zero safety-related incidents on all projects
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial building enclosure, waterproofing, and concrete restoration.
Must have proficient computer skills and can competently use Microsoft Office products.
Must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management. Must be able to travel extensively.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $95,000.

Summary:
As our Product Support Representative, after training, you will be the go-to problem solver for the end user of RO products.
You will determine each customer's needs, answer their questions, share product information and provide effective solutions to their challenges while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on no two days being the same, who loves solving problems, enjoys educating others and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
This call center is operational from 7am- 6 pm.
Flexible scheduling availability is required to accommodate our customers' needs.
Responsibilities:
Communicates with customers by telephone, email, chat or social media channels to provide information about proper selection of products and their use, and to help resolve consumer issues. Utilize product documentation as well as received training to support consumers across a wide assortment of products. Documentation of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of problems and to determine possible causes. Collaborate with other departments in the organization on the investigation and documentation of reported issues.
Requirements: This call center is operational from 7am- 6 pm.
Flexible scheduling availability is required to accommodate our customers' needs.
3+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment Outstanding listening and communication skills.
Must possesses a strong customer focus Demonstrated ability to successfully 'think on your feet' - to analyze information received and quickly process it to determine what would be the appropriate next step in terms of additional information needed, appropriate resolution, or referral as beyond scope Technical adaptability; should have the ability to learn new software, systems, etc.
