JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
Responsible for initiating and managing product development projects based on market trends and/or customer requests by working very closely with the R&D chemists and sales account leads.
In charge of the conceptualization, generation and presentation of new product concepts that are brought to life in collaboration with the R&D lab team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage customer projects as they are being developed within the R&D laboratory and throughout the submission & approval process, ensuring relevant prototype development to the brief, timeliness, and client satisfaction Work closely with the sales team to identify customer portfolio gaps/opportunities and identify product solutions.
Make suggestions to the sales team based on new products for brand expansion based on product portfolio gap analysis and upcoming trends Participate in promotional activities and trade shows. Lead the preparation and delivery of presentations at customer meetings and trade shows on innovation and trends in collaboration with the commercial team.
Clear & concise communication internally with all levels of management and externally with customers in regards to project status and new product concepts Study the market and associated consumer & trend reports to synthesize an innovation & color collection pipeline, working closely with the R&D chemists to bring the products to life Produce sales materials such as product fact sheets, demos, and presentations for current product portfolio and new innovations Perform Market Data Analysis to generate an understanding of the product and shade top sellers and track how they evolve from one season and one year to the next Maintain a strong focus on quality throughout the entire product development process collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Pack Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.

Construction Stage:

Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Close Out Stage:

Forwards published copies to local Tremco Representative, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor. Bidding Stage Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule. Assists the Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Provides the superintendent with necessary subcontractor information, such as site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc., from the Bid Form prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties.
Construction Stage:

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
Must be capable of operating basic cleaning equipment, including but not limited to, tub washer Plant #1, incinerator Plant #2, vacuum cleaners and hoses, floor buffers and scrapers and all other cleaning equipment.
Must adhere to all safety and housekeeping rules.
Must adhere to any Quality Process implemented by the Company.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Must have the ability to complete training programs of department, leading to Chemical Operator position. Ability to work without supervision. Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions. Must be accurate in reporting information to Foreman. Must work in a safe, neat and accurate manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Run trash compactor in Plant #2 alley.
Keep alley clean. Clean tubs in Plant #1, by hand or by tub washer equipment as required. Pick up rags on a daily basis and store them in proper container.
Rags are watered down nightly in Plant #1. Load trash truck and sort skids. Clean all Lunch and Locker rooms in the manufacturing area. Keep up to Date inventory of cleaning supplies.
Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process.
Use prescribed safety equipment, when performing duties. Communicate any variations/problems to appropriate Management Personnel.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Have the ability to read, write, and speak English and to understand simple math.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must pass lift truck operator's test.
