The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.
Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies.
This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including: expense management monthly sales projections Field Tech time management status reports bidding jobs with reps large job sign offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business.

As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them.

It is the responsibility of the WTI Commercial Foreman to deliver timely and the highest quality service to all our WTI customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures, including: Conduct the daily on-site safety brief with all on-site project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, etc.) prior to the start of the WTI project.
Inspect and ensure the safety of surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss the scope of work and daily tasks The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, and ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope of work, design, and specification of contract and engineering documents.
Complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walkthrough to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before-and-after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases, all recorded daily.
Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance with contract specifications, job shutdown, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job. Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains the highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting a positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e., OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with the earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, materials, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. Here's what you can expect every day: Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including pumps, motors, filling and packaging equipment, conveyors, palletizers, piping, valves, tanks, agitators, drives, gearboxes, and utilities. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure equipment reliability. Work with filling line operators to efficiently change over line equipment for different label, container, and packaging sizes. Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the filling lines by Pareto analysis of OEE data and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce downtime. Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.
Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Comply with company safety rules and procedures.
Complete daily and shift clean up tasks. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers.
Ensure shift to shift hand-off is complete. Support and complete small capital projects. Required Experience:

Responsible for ensuring ISO standards and procedures are followed. Review and approve time card hours in the timekeeping system by 8:30am every Monday morning. Communicate improper equipment operation or downtime to maintenance and coordinate required repairs. Perform annual evaluations and administer training for production employees. Monitor employee performance, coach, council, motivate, and discipline as necessary. Secure and lock facility when applicable. Enforce all company policies and regulations. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner as required by procedure. May be required to train and certify employees on proper use of forklifts. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. (CAPA) Research and suggest improvements based on recognized repetitive failure or substandard manufacturing practices, environment compatibility, etc. Provide support for multiple shifts, maintenance related activity or projects. Share any newly learned discoveries pertinent to repair or troubleshooting techniques that will assist team to respond more efficiently and safely. Assist in the training of Maintenance Apprentices. Communicating and conversing professionally and technically with maintenance, operations, engineering, and other resources to solving machine related issues and taking appropriate steps keeping equipment in peak operational condition. Expected to understand all equipment functions of the plant. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager and/or plant manager including project management and contractor management. Skills/Experience

An associate degree in a technical discipline, journey worker credential or relatable on the job experience. SAP knowledge preferred. Microsoft Office experience required. Continued education will be required as needed to sustain departmental/individual technological levels and licenses

Our Housing based client in Somerset are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their Homecare Team as soon as possible.
This is a full time, permanent role offering £46,200 per year and hybrid working across their housing locations in Hampshire, Berkshire, Somerset, Devon, Dorset and surrounding areas.
The purpose of the role is to provide surveying capability in relation to identifying, inspecting, and providing solutions to problems and defects with our stock.
Responsibilities:
To prepare schedules of work and project management support in relation to minor/major works where the technical surveying level is appropriate to specify and oversee the resulting works.
Working within defined geographical areas of the organisation, with a flexible approach to covering the wider geography as and when required.
Provide technical leadership to a variety of multi-disciplined projects which are delivered by in-house teams and external approved contractors ensuring the business maintains compliance with its statutory obligations and meets its customer expectations.
Inspect and assess any repair requests and defects where an immediate repair may not be appropriate, and technical advice is required to identify and advise on appropriate solutions.
Investigate technical defects or cases of disrepair as required, to include inspection of the property and provide written Housing Conditions reports as appropriate.
Provide full technical support to legal department in respect of disrepair or legal claims received.
