Applications are invited from dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals or Social Workers to join the Adult Learning Disabilities Outreach service as Band 5 Team Leader on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.Reporting to the Band 6 Deputy Manager, you provide and oversee the care and support for Service Users with complex Learning Disabilities in their own homes and in the community, leading and motivating the Band 3 and Band 4 Support Workers in your team. The service users have a variety of both physical and psychological needs, and require assistance with daily living tasks, and to access the wider community.Guernsey provides a comprehensive and high quality Health and Social Care service to Adults with Learning Disabilities over 18 across the island.Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).

As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Director of Health and Safety and prepare observation reports as needed. At minimum must have 30 Hr.
OSHA Training.

OSHA Training to operate as an official component of the OSHA Construction Outreach Program). Ensure all new employees within Region meet their training objectives, e.g.

Conduct both virtual and physical visits to perform site safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)

* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. OSHA Training.
