Essential Functions:
Assume control of "QC Approved" materials from Receiving Department, storing them in the appropriate bin location Accumulate material needed to make a specific batch of Work in Process Enter the lot numbers for each accumulated raw material into the BaaN System under the appropriate batch number Has leadership experience in the warehouse setting Maintain inventory control area in a neat and orderly fashion Perform cycle counts as directed by the Purchasing and/or Production Departments.
Adjust system inventory at the direction of above departments Perform physical inventory as required by StonCor/Stonhard management Change inventory bin locations and/or minimum and maximum quantities as directed by the Purchasing Department.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, GED Minimum of one year directly related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:

The primary result expected from the Assistant Supervisor-Filling will be to supervise the department to ensure the manufacturing of paint and related products by directing and coordinating the daily activities under the guidance of the shift supervisor, executing the shift production work schedule as dictated via the production plan, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized working environment. Specific Requirements:
Stages and prepares all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making area and proper storage of batch area inventories. Communicates low levels of raw materials to the Plant Supervisor. Develops a thorough knowledge of raw material storage tanks, valving and piping, their contents, actuation and directions of flow. Maintains a good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be capable of logical structuring of the batch making process, particularly optimization of mixer usage and efficiency. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunction, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and material shortages immediately to the Production Supervisor. Acknowledges and understands the hazards and safety precautions required for working with inorganic metal-based powdered pigments and modifies work and hygiene practices accordingly.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and sales talent acquisition, and recommend process improvements as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high volume recruitment within an applicant tracking system. Proven track record of success in sourcing talent. Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Specific Requirements:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production orders. Makes batches and operates packaging equipment efficiently.
Capable of handling scanner & basic computer operations Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior. Communicates inventory levels and/or concerns to supervisory staff. Develops good working knowledge of all production processes. Maintains good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be flexible in job assignments and capable of learning all aspects of the facility. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near miss accidents and material shortages to Production Supervisor. When there is downtime on his line, proceeds to line assigned to him by Production Supervisor for further training or operation. Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees. Background Requirements:

The Compliance Administrator, Contracts is primarily responsible for coordinating Stonhard installation partner vendor setup and compliance, including but not limited to Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for multiple simultaneous projects - enrollment, monitoring, and closeout.
Primary goal is to ensure that installation partners remain compliance, and enrollments are completed prior to project kick-off or customer deadlines, whichever is earliest.
Cultivates positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sets up and maintains installation partner information, including Agreements, Amendments, banking information, and insurance, adhering to Stonhard vendor setup policies. Processes installer tool and supply purchases.
Coordinates weekly installation partner accounts payable statements and related transactions and transmits to accounting for payment. Audits statement activity and raises concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership. On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontract compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant. Assist in the creating of outside contractor subcontracts as needed, and as directed by Regional Supervisor. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with continuing education 3+ years of related work experience in compliance, project administration, sales operations, or customer service Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and obligations with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset Works well as part of a team

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

What is required?
Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial is preferred. Proven Success in Business Development and Project management; interacting at all levels. Strong capacity to learn a new industry. High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.

The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Seismic Processing Project Manager to join Fugro in a remote position, mainly working from home.
You will be working in collaboration with the Seismic Processing Operations Supervisor as well as the seismic team and project teams to solve complex problems with the aim of deliveringhigh quality, high resolution processed
seismic data.
Your role will focus on ensuring the highest data quality, implementing
innovative imaging techniques to enhance near-surface resolution, and
managing acquisition QA/QC, all while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The end goal being to meet or exceed the client's expectations.
Some travel would be expected when required, to the Fugro offices for meetups and client workshops, although this is predominantly a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee high-resolution imaging projects, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budget constraints.
Prepare technical seismic processing presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy in imaging results.
Collaborate with project managers and interpreters to define objectives and methodologies specific to high-resolution imaging in marine engineering applications.
Act as the technical authority to identify and challenge data quality issues, proactively working towards effective solutions to address these issues.
Develop and implement advanced seismic processing techniques and workflows aimed at enhancing near-surface resolution.
Manage seismic acquisition & navigation QA/QC to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with advancements in near-surface imaging technology,
integrating innovative methodologies into workflows.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Geophysical related discipline and experience in subsurface imaging
Experience in seismic data processing.
High-resolution, near-surface imaging preferred.
Strong understanding of seismic acquisition and processing techniques relevant to high-resolution imaging applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to analyse complex geophysical data to ensure high-quality results.
Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to tight project deadlines.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills, capable of managing your own schedule in a remote and flexible working environment.
