About the Role
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, your duties and responsibilities may include-
Managing your own caseload of Property Litigation matters from inception to completion, as well as supervising junior colleagues.
The majority of the work is Commercial Property Litigation although those with experience in Residential Property Litigation will also be considered
Work closely with clients to build and maintain lasting relationships and providing a first-rate service to clients.
You will have a minimum of 6 months experience within your training contract within a Property Litigation team up to a maximum of 5 years PQE in Property Litigation.
This is a growth role so there is a level of flexibility around the level of experience someone has got as it's much more about finding the right person who will be with them long-term.
