DAP is looking to hire a Territory Manager based out of Spokane, WA.
Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day sales activities and account responsibilities to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling and training of DAP products and/or related services.
Territory includes Eastern Washington, Eastern Oregon, Idaho & Montana.
Job Description
Develop and execute strategic plans by effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales work-withs. Achieve sales targets for all product Categories. Regularly call on all dealers and prospects in assigned area. Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing, and merchandising. Communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing. Establish relationships with Dealers, Regional & National Wholesalers, and Key End Users Effectively manage T&E and Promotional Budgets Work national 2-Step Wholesale shows that operate within your territory. Other administrative duties required by DAP to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in the home improvement industry preferred. Bachelor's degree Self-starter Strong verbal and written communication skills

The role
The Technician will be responsible for preparing, testing and maintaining Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) systems, sub systems, assets and all associated equipment within the Workshop, which is a key part of ensuring that Fugro achieves operational excellence by ensuring that the ROV's it uses for its sub marine operations are maintained to the highest standards.

Ensuring the safe load-out of systems and equipment for pre-mobilisation is also a key part of your duties.
Additionally, you assist with providing technical and operational support to meet business requirements when requested.
Engaging with and participating in discussions with project teams to ensure successful project execution is another important aspect of your day.
Who you'll be working with:
As a Workshop Technician you will be working within the ROV Workshop team and will report directly into the ROV Technician Supervisor.
You will also work alongside the Fugro project teams, logistics, Technical Manager and other ROV support teams internally and externally.
We are looking for someone with a recognized apprenticeship in a mechanical or hydraulic discipline (or equivalent).
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of principles, techniques, procedures, and the use of equipment required for the repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
They must be able to read, comprehend, and follow diagrams, schematic drawings, OEM manuals, and engineering instructions, and possess good workshop practices and skills.
Additionally, the candidate should be based in or within commutable distance of Aberdeen.
In addition to the essential qualifications, it would be advantageous for candidates to have an understanding of basic electrical principles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also desirable.
Previous experience working on ROV systems and/or Subsea Tooling equipment, whether in an offshore or onshore environment, would be highly beneficial.

Initially managing a team of 2 FTE.
You will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing the team to be the envy of the industry.

Eyewear Production Manager - Requirements
Excellent and relevant experience of CNC and modern production methods are a bonus but not required
Have strong experience in 3D Cad, such as Rhino, Autodesk Fusion 360 and Solidworks

This role involves delivering a comprehensive range of Occupational Health services, including attendance management, pre-placement assessments, fitness for work medicals, vaccinations, and management of contamination incidents, among other services.
Role Overview: As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure individuals receive the necessary support to encourage attendance at work, manage associated risks, and provide managers with guidance to maintain a sustainable workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephone consultations and manage complex caseloads, maintaining clinical objectivity and impartiality in line with occupational health guidance.
Provide evidence-based occupational health advice to support employees and management across South Yorkshire Police.
Produce concise reports for management on employee fitness for work, including advisory reasonable adjustments with timeframes in line with audit criteria.
Use a bio-psychosocial approach combined with functional assessment to address barriers to work and inform robust work recommendations.
Obtain specialist reports when necessary and liaise with Physicians, Physiotherapists, and Counsellors to provide comprehensive occupational health reports supporting individual rehabilitation and effective return to work plans.
Deliver pre-employment and mandatory medicals, advising on fitness for work and workplace adjustments for managers, ensuring medicals are completed within agreed timescales to maintain frontline operational policing.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
