Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.
Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded.
This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts.
This is a multi-state territory working out of Dallas and supporting TX, OK, LA, KS, MO and AR.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution.
Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.
Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals.
Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit.
Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process.
Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives.
Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.
Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect.
Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows.
Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings.
Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company.
Performs other related duties as required, requested or assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience preferred OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years of related experience and/or training Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.) Experience with commercial glazing contractors is a plus.
Basic knowledge of product chemistries

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc).

Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule. Assists the Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Provides the superintendent with necessary subcontractor information, such as site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc., from the Bid Form prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties.
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms. Visits job site as necessary. Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes, Attend or be involved via conference call. Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses. Construction Management - Manage contractors, technicians, skilled trades, and internal resources to safely install and startup manufacturing systems.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on training, standard operating procedures, and identification of spare parts. Apply the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations, building code, and NFPA fire code to capital projects and design specifications Manage external Engineering Firm resources on large capital projects Frequent interface with corporate staff, plant staff, operators, and maintenance personnel across a 3-shift operation
Education/Experience Requirements:
BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

May involve prioritizing and negotiating product availability, partial shipments, or splitting shipments. • Follows up daily on order status and notifies CSRs or sales rep of any changes. • Operates the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments. • Review orders for special requirements of customers and ensure that the information is conveyed to the appropriate warehousemen. • Works with Corporate Traffic Department to make cost efficient shipments. • Perform additional duties as assigned • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
Formulate business partnership across HR functions to deliver value-added service to leadership team and employees that reflects the organization's goals and objectives.
Manage the daily functions of HR Department in the following areas: recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits support, leave management, employee relations, performance management, HRIS maintenance and reporting, and developing and enforcing company HR policies and practices.
Essential functions and job responsibilities:
Manage HR operations and programs including recruitment, total reward, benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, performance and talent management, employee engagement, and training and development. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, initiating background checks and pre-employment qualifications.
Work with Hiring Manager on talent acquisitions.
Collaborate with department manager to understand skills and competencies required for the roles. Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations. Spearhead employee engagement initiatives.
Work with management team and associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Drive performance management initiatives.
Prepare functional leaders for annual review process and facilitate regular check in meetings to ensure goal alignment. Act as a vital source of information, answer questions from employees regarding HR matters.
Educate employees and enforce company policies and procedures. Act as a liaison in communications of benefits administration and leave management related inquiries. Demonstrate high level of integrity by careful management of confidential and sensitive information. Liaison between RPM corporate and Kirker to ensure HR and compliance related requirements are communicated and met. Support payroll/timekeeping process, supply information to centralized payroll team. Maintain and update HRIS and time attendance system as needed such as new hires, LOA and termination. Assist in gathering standardized information and the preparation and distribution of reports such as Headcount, benefits enrolment, disability update and other ad hoc reports as requested. Responsible for following records retention guidelines and security of confidential information.
Requirements and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum five-year experiences in Human Resources with HR Generalist background. Human Resources Professional Certification preferred. Experience in supporting manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong planning and problem-solving skills. Basic business acumen, ability to partner with business leaders. Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn HRIS and Talent Management System.

Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses. Construction Management - Manage contractors, technicians, skilled trades, and internal resources to safely install and startup manufacturing systems.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on training, standard operating procedures, and identification of spare parts. The Compliance Administrator, Contracts is primarily responsible for coordinating Stonhard installation partner vendor setup and compliance, including but not limited to Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for multiple simultaneous projects - enrollment, monitoring, and closeout.

On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontract compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant. Assist in the creating of outside contractor subcontracts as needed, and as directed by Regional Supervisor. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.

As the Occupational Therapist your key responsibilities include:
Undertake patient assessment and observation to identify patient need before planning and delivering appropriate and relevant interventions on either a group of individual basis
Maintain and develop close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues within the multidisciplinary team, ensuring that clinical practice is in line with company policies and procedures
Support junior occupational therapy staff and students
Lead on further development and implementation of occupational therapy service within the site, under supervision of Lead Occupational Therapist
Organise and deliver therapeutic activities for service users
Assess service users' response to interventions in accordance with agreed models of practice
Provide practical support, advice and education to service users, carers and other disciplines
Be responsible for the recording of all patient related activity information
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Relevant clinical experience with mental illness and/or personality disorder
Extensive experience of applying occupational frames of reference and approaches
Demonstrates evidence highly effective clinical reasoning skills
Highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models
Knowledge of how to work with neurodiverse individuals
The successful Occupational Therapist will receive an excellent salary of £28,407 - £34,581 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
