During each term as a Process Engineering Co-Op they will have the opportunity to learn, experience and contribute to the operations of the polyurethane sealants and coatings manufacturing process.
The co-op will develop an understanding of the relationship between the manufacturing process and the various teams that support the process. Will work in conjunction with the process and quality engineering group to support safety, quality, maintenance and production processes.
Learn and use process tools such as Process Safety Management, Behavioral Risk Improvement and Lean Six-Sigma tools including 5S, A3 Problem Solving, Statistical Process Control and Value Stream Mapping.
Interaction with the plant will be part of the daily routine.

Summary: The Fiber Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing, laboratory, and technical aspects of Fiber Reinforced Concrete products at Euclid Chemical.

Create and manage project lists and profiles for publication in trade publications, the company website, and other platforms. Identify and develop opportunities for new applications of Euclid fiber products, such as DOT applications, shotcrete, and wall systems. Prepare certifications and literature to ensure project compliance. Review technical documents, literature, and packaging for accuracy. Coordinate product testing programs in collaboration with internal and external laboratories. Assist in developing training programs for customers, internal teams, and trade organizations. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional Engineer (PE) designation preferred (or actively pursuing). A minimum of 2 years of experience in the cement and concrete field is preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Proficient in responding to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies. Skilled in writing articles, speeches, and other publications that adhere to prescribed formats. The Commercial Contracts Manager - Defence will have responsibility for the following:
Managing a small commercial team and assisting where required in terms of departmental metrics/reporting, training, and weekly review of commercial actions and allocation accordingly.
To provide day-to-day commercial and/or contract management on major defence contracts, including being the main point of contact commercially.
To support the full project lifecycle, including request for information / pre-qualification questionnaires, tendering process, contract award, contract change, contract performance and contract closure, as required.
To support the corporate development team in activities such as negotiating contracts and agreements.
