GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Panel Production Coordinator ensures the seamless integration of design specifications and manufacturing processes, through accurate drawings and measurements, efficient material tracking, and optimal production operations and planning.

Monitor and track the usage of materials throughout the production process and conduct periodic checks to ensure adherence to production schedules and material utilization targets to meet customer order expectations. Utilize CAD software to accurately capture field dimensions and translate them into precise design specifications for panels. Develop detailed and accurate 2D drawings for fabrication tickets, providing clear and comprehensive instructions for the production team. Prepare accurate cut sheets to optimize material cuts, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency in the production process. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to project milestones and deadlines. Convert CAD drawings into Alpha CAM files suitable for CNC machines, ensuring seamless translation of design specifications into the manufacturing processes and instructions. Review and understand shop drawings and engineering calculations to ensure compliance with specifications and design criteria. Collaborate with sales, operations, and others to answer questions, address uncertainties and earn complete customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE: Six months to one-year related experience and/or training Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing is preferred
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Indicate if required or preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, AutoCAD, SAP, and other related software. An Assistant Superintendent with Stonhard is responsible for site supervision and installation of Stonhard products on projects within an assigned territory. Core Responsibilities:
Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the field.
Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance. Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers. Trains, monitors and motivates the TM's.
Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects. Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Qualifications:
BS Degree (Engineering or Business) Two to five years experience in a Stonhard sales territory with demonstrated success in both sales skills and communication skills. Familiar with specific account base or general markets. Performed in top 50% of Stonhard TM Sales or top 25% of AE Sales over the past two years. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of SFA and uses. Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Design: Prepare small power and data layouts, fire alarm system designs, and lighting designs including calculations and light fitting selections.
Produce lighting schedules and containment drawings.
Develop strategies for security systems (CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Staff Attack), access control, nurse call, and assisted living warden call systems.
Draw up main electrical distribution schematics and specialist schematics (lighting, data, security, etc.).
Calculate cable sizing using appropriate software and produce distribution board schedules.
Prepare general arrangement (GA) layouts of services and photovoltaic panel designs.
Write detailed electrical specifications.
Cad / Revit Proficiency:
Understand company standards and layouts.
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit drawing protocols to produce basic layout drawings from sketches.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an M&E consulting environment.
HNC or degree qualified (recent graduates will also be considered).
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

The position involves the design, specification and project management of IT / Physical infrastructure / telecommunications projects.
Project sectors include commercial, finance, government, higher education, museums, libraries, hospitality and medical.
