This Scenic Project Manager position offers the opportunity to oversee a diverse array of scenic projects from initial quotation to on-site delivery.

Finalise projects by debriefing with clients, staff, and suppliers, ensuring continual improvement and client satisfaction.
Seek and develop new business opportunities, serving as an ambassador and actively promoting best practices.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, new materials, and technologies, sharing expertise to aid in the professional growth of team members.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them.
Travel will be required.
It is the responsibility of the WTI Commercial Foreman to deliver timely and the highest quality service to all our WTI customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures, including: Conduct the daily on-site safety brief with all on-site project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, etc.) prior to the start of the WTI project.
Inspect and ensure the safety of surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss the scope of work and daily tasks The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, and ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope of work, design, and specification of contract and engineering documents.
Complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walkthrough to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before-and-after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases, all recorded daily.
Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance with contract specifications, job shutdown, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job. Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains the highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting a positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e., OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with the earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, materials, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. Trains employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Coordinates and monitors the performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate. Organising and texting into the WhatsApp group for any fixings or goods required from the
stores and/or workshop at an appropriate time so they can be organised correctly.
Communicate and build relationships with contractor site manager for easier and effective
working environment and decision making.
Flagging any delays and possible variations that are additional costs to the Fitting Manager
so they can be agreed and dealt with accordingly.
Treating their assigned work vehicle or van as if it is their own vehicle, all vans must be
cleaned and washed weekly, and all rubbish removed daily.
Ensuring they drive and use public roadways in a safe and respectful manner, being mindful
of other people and being aware that they are driving company property.
To ensure that all company property and tools are looked after and accounted for on site at
all times.
To keep tools in van organised, clean and tidy ensuring weekly tool checks are completed
and report given to Fitting Manager
Ensuring any tools, if required to be stored on site are in a safe and secured area in lock

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Operations Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating between internal departments and overseeing essential services like crewing and transport, ensuring efficient delivery of a variety of live events and projects.
As Operations Manager, you will act as the central point between Operations, Project Management, Warehouse, Workshop, and Site teams to ensure all departments are resourced effectively to meet project needs.
You will lead the Operations team and oversee logistics, crewing, and transport, constantly refining processes to ensure they are robust and scalable.
The ideal candidate should have a background in the lighting, audio, or video industry and an understanding of the time-sensitive nature of live events.
A creative problem solver, they should be skilled in resource management and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to improve operational processes are essential.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all projects, ensuring all departments are informed of operational requirements.
Manage logistics across multiple projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Support Warehouse and Workshop Managers by ensuring departments are adequately staffed.
Provide line management to Operations Administrators, Bench Technicians, and Drivers, including scheduling and managing expenses.
Oversee the booking and scheduling of freelance crew and ensure relationships with suppliers are maintained.
Ensure accurate data management for freelance crew and internal staff in scheduling systems.
Manage internal staff scheduling, allowing for efficient deployment across projects.
Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for crew, ensuring smooth logistics.
Handle discrepancies between projected and actual costs, working to minimize impacts on budgets.
Manage equipment maintenance, ensuring timely repairs and equipment uptime.
Implement and refine processes to maximize operational efficiency and minimize waste.
Champion best practices in health and safety, ensuring compliance across all operations.
Provide out-of-hours support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in the live events industry, with a strong understanding of lighting, audio, and video technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving ability, adapting quickly to challenges and changing circumstances.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

The Role
Key purpose of the role is to manage the day to day running of the venue, managing the on-site team and ensuring a high-quality visitor experience.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
To be point of contact for tenants, contractors and neighbours
To have a key input into projects on site and improvements to visitor experience
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, contractors and relevant internal and external organisations.
Place orders for goods and services as required.
Respond and effectively manage a range of customer enquiries and complaints in line with corporate frameworks.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require to be educated to a to Level 2 qualification and have conducted an IOSH Managing Safely training or willingness to undertake this as required.
It will be essential to be in experiences in the below:
Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision
Strong time management skills with an ability to plan ahead and anticipate requirements, problems and obstacles.
Ability to develop practical solutions to problems
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats with members of the public, other employees and external organisations.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £21.97 p/h Umbrella Ltd.
