Job Description:
Legend Brands is seeking Assembly Operators for our day shift, 5:00 am -3:30 pm Monday-Thursday, with the potential for overtime as business requires.
Job Requirements:
Fabricate and assemble components into finished industrial products including testing, inspection, and packaging for final delivery. Perform all duties such as mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, testing, inspection, and kitting and packaging in an efficient, safe, and quality conscious manner according to specifications, procedures, schedules, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and basic experience with power tools High School diploma or equivalent required Manufacturing experience preferred
Hiring Range:

Major Responsibilities:
Provide and track excellent front-line telephone/electronic service and support for Euclid Chemical construction products. Schedule and manage telephone support coverage, working with other Construction Products Support Specialists, Product Managers, and marketing staff. Assist in the development of technical support tools such as product comparative guides, brochures, sell sheets, certification letters, website content, etc. Assist in product troubleshooting by proactively coordinating testing and analysis activities between sales representatives, customers, R&D/product development, customer service, and operations. Interact as a reliable peer, especially to sales representatives, product managers, marketing communications staff, customer service, business development, R&D/product development, and the operations group. Maintain electronic product technical files. Help plan and provide product training and demonstrations to internal and external customers. Occasional travel to construction jobsites or customer locations to provide product support may be required.
Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent industry experience Previous call center support experience, or related field Construction and/or concrete knowledge preferred
Other Skills/Requirements:

Position Summary:
Carboline is seeking a Production Planner to work out of our Manufacturing facility where we are seeking candidates located in Dayton, NV.
This position is responsible for scheduling a daily/weekly schedule and communicating a forecast to all interested individuals.
They would work with the Plant Manager and Production Manager to set a reasonable schedule and communicate the status accordingly.
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP system, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and basic math skills.
High School Diploma, or equivalent, minimum 1-year previous manufacturing planning and/or scheduling preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and trainings.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
NO unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
Essential Functions:
Works Open Order Report (Sales and Replenishment) to identify product batch requirements.
Requests batch tickets as required for manufacturing execution. Works with Labeling personnel to ensure that labels are properly printed and applied to all containers and packaging. Manage any schedule interruptions due to RM issues. Responsible for properly printing and posting all batch tickets. MTO/MTS status of finished goods at all plants, work with shipping and customer service to clarify status. Reviews and validates total demand requirements for product batches for optimal batch size and proper warehouse allocation. Responds to informal product requests from proper approval sources for batch priorities and visibilities. Determines manufacturing resource requirement and schedules resources for optimal utilization. Reviews resource constraints (i.e., materials, labor equipment, etc.) and adjusts production schedule accordingly. Assigns material to be reworked as available and within specifications, if requested. Answers questions regarding production status for orders for the Customer Service department.
Notifies customer service if schedule is modified and affects customer delivery dates. Participates in and works on special projects. Provides production reporting to VP of Operations and Plant Managers. Perform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases. Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training required unless noted above.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond urgently to down equipment Effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.

Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for the corporate quality team.

They will take leadership of our Product Complaint Review (PCR) process, where they will analyze consumer complaint data and identify opportunities for improvement in our products that will drive improved customer and consumer satisfaction.
This individual will work closely with our corporate and plant quality teams, as well as manufacturing and R&D.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with plant and corporate quality teams on management of quality projects and new product launches. Risk assessments on new product launches.
Design and implementation of new quality processes Statistical assessments of process capabilities and identification of opportunities for improvement. Analyze product complaint data, identify opportunities for improvement and work across cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
Will include In depth analysis of customer complaint data in excel, identification of poorly performing products from the data analysis and engaging the brand and R&D teams to identify possible product improvements. Support day-to-day management of quality incidents, processes, etc.
through data analysis and utilization of root cause analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
0-3+ years of experience (in a manufacturing setting) or equivalent process industry or consumer products manufacturing experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical and/or Mechanical preferred) or Chemistry Proficient in MS office, Statistical analysis (Minitab, etc).
SAP experience desirable.
Nice to have: Experience in lean, six sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies Possible travel up to 30%
