Daily quality checks and follow up of any exceptions identified to resolution.

Providing cover for the wider Operations Data Management team.
Establish and maintain good working relationships within the team, with other departments and with external outsource providers.
Identify operational improvement opportunities and proactively proposing solutions including new processes and controls.

Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.

Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Maintenance Technician II: 1+ year of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including: expense management monthly sales projections Field Tech time management status reports bidding jobs with reps large job sign offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Develop, organize and maintain custom sample products while maintaining company standards and safety protocols.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare samples per customer requests (determines materials, finishes, techniques and methods to use to meet customer specifications).
Document sample making instructions and specifications (including materials and techniques) for translation and replication in production.
Label and photograph customer samples and prepare assembly boards for all orders.
Build, maintain and manage photo library.
Assist Sales and Marketing with national account, new product or specialty samples.
Maintain regular communication with the Colorist/Tinter/Quality Control Technician and the Sample and Invoice Coordinator regarding progress, product difficulties, order delay issues, etc.
Maintain accurate records of in process and shipped orders.
Monitor and maintain stock inventory, standard samples inventory levels and basic supplies to ensure timely cycles and meet lead time guidelines.
Observe plant safety rules and regulations and reports any safety hazards to supervisor.
Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.
Cross train other team members and provide coverage as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ year of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency with Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The ESS (Environmental Stress Screening) & Mechanical Team is responsible for the commissioning and day-to-day support of environmental and mechanical test facilities within our state of the art manufacturing facility in Bolton.
An opportunity has arisen for a technical administrator to join the ESS Team, providing varied administrative support to the environmental and mechanical engineers within the team.
What we are looking for:
Good understanding of configuration control and asset management principles and systems.
Strong attention to detail.
MS Office - Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to generate technical material.
Supportive, helpful approach and a calm and professional manner, even when under pressure or requirements are changed at the last minute.
An awareness of budgetary management would be useful.
Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential.
The Role:
Providing technical administration support to the ESS & Mechanical Team to ensure programmes are met to agreed time, cost and quality requirements.

Carrying out costing activities alongside ESS engineers.
