Perform all color formulation work for production orders and RTS warehouse orders, as well as tasks to support color formulations.

The Quality Technician conducts testing on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure conformance to all quality requirements both internal and external.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases. Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Maintenance Technician III: 3+ years of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Roles and Responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager role:
- Manage activities of the production/workshop operations to ensure efficient work scheduling
- Implement/manage work processes to ensure quality/service levels meet or exceed expectations
- Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts and reception staff
- Identify training and development needs and (subject to approval) implement required training and/or coaching
- Quality Control checks before returning to the customer
Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager:
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a Workshop Control is required for this position
- A team player approach is essential
- A strong leader, who will lead their team to produce a result in terms of customer service, efficiency, and profit
- You will have a clear understanding of modern repair processes and techniques, also an eye for driving sales opportunities combined with strong interpersonal skills

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Executes tasks of quality control testing, including analyzing, recording and reporting accurate results in a timely fashion. Communicates results with the Process Chemist and if directed, Plant Operators/Supervisor.
Participates in R&D & technical services projects to include gathering necessary raw materials / intermediates.
Assists when requested in testing of materials being worked on related to R&D or Process Improvement • Collects and prepares high quality, accurate samples for customers and prepares for shipment. Maintains clean and organized lab work area. As directed, manages lab chemical inventory and stock /storage room re-organization.
Participates in all environmental and safety training as required by Federal, State, County, and Local regulations as well as company policies.
Suggests improvements for safety and compliance.
Promptly reports any safety incidents and participates in incident investigations as requested. Additional duties may be added or removed as management requires.
Placement Criteria:
Minimum education and practical work experience: bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or related field and 1-5 years' experience working in an analytical lab or similar position, or a suitable combination of education and relevant experience. Specialized technical/aptitude experience: minimum of 1-5 years' experience and demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with gravimetric and analytic techniques. Extensive knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the chemical manufacturing industry; previous work and/or substantial knowledge of, including commonlyused concepts, practices, and procedures, within in the thermoset polymer industry is a strongly considered asset.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workflow and organize diverse material and ability to handle multiple, competing and changing priorities; ability to perform effectively and problem solve without supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines. Ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing, and to provide exceptional service internally and externally. Relevant computer skills for this position include knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications and instrumental software.

The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services as they relate to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Develop an understanding with supervision of the fundamentals of coatings technology. Compile results of tests and analyses. Set up and conduct experiments, tests, and analyses using standard paint test procedures and physical and chemical techniques. Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests to assist scientists in making qualitative and quantitative analyses of solids, liquids, and gaseous materials, and document all experimental results. Provide and maintain a safe work environment by participating in safety programs, committees, or teams, and by conducting laboratory and plant safety audits. Prepare paint batches for products and following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas. Preform lab support activities which may include routine maintenance or upkeep of equipment and lab areas such as salt fogs, QUV'S, milling room, hot room, or controlled temp.

Required Experience:
