JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
Formulate business partnership across HR functions to deliver value-added service to leadership team and employees that reflects the organization's goals and objectives.
Manage the daily functions of HR Department in the following areas: recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits support, leave management, employee relations, performance management, HRIS maintenance and reporting, and developing and enforcing company HR policies and practices.
Essential functions and job responsibilities:
Manage HR operations and programs including recruitment, total reward, benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, performance and talent management, employee engagement, and training and development. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, initiating background checks and pre-employment qualifications.
Work with Hiring Manager on talent acquisitions.
Collaborate with department manager to understand skills and competencies required for the roles. Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations. Spearhead employee engagement initiatives.
Work with management team and associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Drive performance management initiatives.
Prepare functional leaders for annual review process and facilitate regular check in meetings to ensure goal alignment. Act as a vital source of information, answer questions from employees regarding HR matters.
Educate employees and enforce company policies and procedures. Act as a liaison in communications of benefits administration and leave management related inquiries. Demonstrate high level of integrity by careful management of confidential and sensitive information. Liaison between RPM corporate and Kirker to ensure HR and compliance related requirements are communicated and met. Support payroll/timekeeping process, supply information to centralized payroll team. Maintain and update HRIS and time attendance system as needed such as new hires, LOA and termination. Assist in gathering standardized information and the preparation and distribution of reports such as Headcount, benefits enrolment, disability update and other ad hoc reports as requested. Responsible for following records retention guidelines and security of confidential information.
Requirements and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum five-year experiences in Human Resources with HR Generalist background. Human Resources Professional Certification preferred. Experience in supporting manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong planning and problem-solving skills. Basic business acumen, ability to partner with business leaders. Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn HRIS and Talent Management System.

Car Park Managers are a vital part of the management team and contribute considerably to the operational success of all our car parks.

What youll do:
- To lead in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operational responsibility for day to day running of the car park
- Management and planning of resources including ensuring effective deployment of staff throughout the contract ensuring operational requirements are met at all times.
- Be the first touch point for guests, regularly reviewing the guest journey to ensure an easy and smooth parking experience
- Overseeing best in class delivery of guest service, by delivering a service exceeding guest expectation, and testing and trialling new services to constantly improve
- Resolve all operational problems within the scope of the contract and prepare responses within established timeframes, to all service complaints and contractual issues raised
- Develop beneficial relationship with the client, ensure overall client satisfaction and attend client meetings where necessary
- Working as part of the Elevate service partner management team, to support the delivery of the overall Gunwharf Quays strategy
- Develop, coach and monitor the team in relation to the parking service, cost control, supervisory skills, health and safety and environmental issues
- Monitor and manage staff absence and lateness
- Ensure quality standards are maintained including ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times throughout the contract in line with current procedures.
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports in line with the client and APCOAs reporting requirements
- Work with the Contract Manager to develop succession plans
- Develop and amend car park tariffs and recommended tariff changes to the clients and APCOA
- Identify and assist in the development of new business and growth within the contract

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all sub-contractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Also, responsible for Sales and Service Support, Field Resources, and Customer Management communication as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management. Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Competencies:
Technical knowledge of all products and services that WTI offers. Deep understanding of all Construction Management tasks. Understanding of superintendent roles & responsibilities.
Communications:
Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service approach when dealing with sales reps. Able to create performance reporting. 24-hour reply response to all inquiries. Computer Literacy Ebuilder, E.mail, web, SAP, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects, Visual Cadd, AutoCadd, others TBD.
Specification Development Stage:
Select the WTI Superintendent for the project. Responsible for specification detail drawings approval Signing off on Specifications shall be required by: Division Manager Construction Manager Tremco Rep
Pre-Bid Stage:
Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting Minutes on the form. Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Representative, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor. Bidding Stage Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule. Assists the Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Provides the superintendent with necessary subcontractor information, such as site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc., from the Bid Form prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties.
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms. Visits job site as necessary. Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes, Attend or be involved via conference call. Maintain Project Schedule process updates from the superintendent. Perform site audits as appropriate. Authorize and generate Change Orders as required. Authorize subcontractor payments. Authorize Customer billing. Assist the Superintendent with any problems during construction. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $79,000 and $100,000.
