File management, including reporting, reserving, and regular client communication.
Draft legal documents, prepare for court appearances, and handle pre-trial meetings.
Provide mentorship to junior team members, including paralegals and newly qualified lawyers.
Support business development and marketing efforts alongside the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in handling personal injury litigation with high-value or complex cases.
Ability to work independently and manage a demanding caseload.
Strong client management skills with a focus on meeting SLA and MI requirements.
Collaborative team player with a willingness to mentor junior staff.
Experience in defendant litigation is preferred, although candidates with strong skills from a claimant background will also be considered.
