HCPC Registered:

Neuro Rehabilitation Experience:
Previous experience working in a Neuro rehab setting is essential.
Dysphagia Expertise:
Competency in managing Dysphagia (swallowing difficulties) is crucial.
Patient Support:

Band Level:
Ideally working at a Band 6 level, though this is negotiable for a strong candidate.
Experience with Communication Disorders:

Patient Safety:

Training Participation:
Actively engaging in internal training such as:
Induction and mandatory training
Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) in-service training.
Skill Development and Mentoring:
Continually developing your own clinical skills.
Providing supervision and mentoring to SLT assistants and students.

As a Staff Nurse - Ward your key duties include:
Ensure that standards of patients care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies as a skilled member of the nursing team
Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and visitors
Ensure that the highest standards of patient and customer care are maintained at all times
Assist senior staff in the management of the hospital
Provide effective leadership and management in their absence
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Presently working in an acute hospital environment - essential
Experience in a private hospital environment -desirable
Experience in mentoring colleagues and HCA's Enthusiastic and committed, a team player, flexible, physically able to carry out the role, sensitive to patient needs
Able to work with a can-do attitude always
The successful Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE.

This is a purpose built care home designed for older people requiring general or dementia residential and nursing care

*To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Proven experience of working in a care setting
A good team player
1+ Year NMC registration
Well-developed time management and leadership skills
Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £22.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £50,336 per annum.
