DAP is looking to hire a Territory Manager based out of Spokane, WA.
Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day sales activities and account responsibilities to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling and training of DAP products and/or related services.
Territory includes Eastern Washington, Eastern Oregon, Idaho & Montana.
Job Description
Develop and execute strategic plans by effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales work-withs. Achieve sales targets for all product Categories. Regularly call on all dealers and prospects in assigned area. Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing, and merchandising. Communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing. Establish relationships with Dealers, Regional & National Wholesalers, and Key End Users Effectively manage T&E and Promotional Budgets Work national 2-Step Wholesale shows that operate within your territory. Other administrative duties required by DAP to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in the home improvement industry preferred. Bachelor's degree Self-starter Strong verbal and written communication skills

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.

Pre-Construction Stage:
Publish the Project Schedule. Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Engages with the Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information. Conducts Pre-Construction Meetings and distributes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Obtain Building Permit when required.
Construction Stage:
Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files. Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager. Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.
Other Requirements:

Promote, support, and ensure that the Company's commitment to safety and sustainability is carried throughout the Region.
Through continual learning, stay abreast of industry changes and product knowledge.
Have awareness of competition and trends that could impact the business and make planning adjustments as necessary.
Maintain organization of assigned Region including home office, equipment, sales aids, accounts, sales rep and customer information.
Conduct activities in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
Ensure direct reports do the same.
Active communication with Sales Force and DSM.
Stay in contact and report any information that is of value to the DSM (i.e., competitive pricing, products, trends, new concepts, referrals). Supports the DSM to ensure pull through of Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance Division's sales strategy and plans. Works with DSM to assess sales performance and market trends for Roofing market and to determine appropriate adjustments to meet or exceed objectives. Ensure that the Roofing Division's Policies are communicated and implemented. Provide timely feedback to management regarding the sales activity/performance of representatives and on sales forecasts and budgets. Provide end of month reports that clearly communicate results. Participate in any planning, update/status meetings at the request of the DSM.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one- or two-year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of construction, building and facility maintenance a plus.
Should have experience with word processing or spreadsheet software, Internet software, and contact management systems.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $90,000 and $130,000 + comprehensive bonus.

The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to sales processes, such as, managing customer data and records, coordinating with different departments, tracking and analyzing sales reports, and providing administrative support to sales teams.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Receives new orders and completions and enters information into the computer system. Process quotes in SFA. Scans documents. Provides customer service. Traces, expedites and coordinates the shipping of orders and leftovers. Responsible for running and updating backlog and accounts receivable reports and leftover reports. Forecast review and updates. Shipment allocation reports Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms. Requests insurance certificates to customers and general contractors. Logs Contracts to be executed. Gets necessary approvals and sends correspondence to customers.
Processes invoices from outside vendors as needed. Works with Accounting to set up new vendors. Modifies orders with labor, product and pricing - changes as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent 2+ years of related work experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer service. Excellent skills in communication, organization, and time management.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field Previous experience in sales administration Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of sales processes and procedures. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Planner is responsible for efficiently scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements for the plant.
They also plan, coordinate, and purchase all raw materials and supplies to support the schedule.
The Production Planner reviews production and associated work schedules and forecasts while conferring with department supervisors or leaders to determine progress of work and completion dates.
Additionally, they compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and production problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning, organizing, and controlling activities related to the procurement and inventory control functions.
Using SAP and forecasts to develop a master schedule and prepare short-range plans for plant production activities.
Following the progress of production, anticipating or investigating major causes of delays, and ensuring that corrective action is taken.
Revising production schedules when required due to labor or material shortages, backlogs, forecast inaccuracies, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.
Monitoring work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to schedule.
Conferring with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
Analyzing and adjusting slow-moving inventory plans with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) on a monthly basis.
Setting priorities for production schedules based on forecast needs, production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
Purchasing sufficient parts and supplies and maintaining safety stock levels to meet all schedule needs.
Maintaining data integrity in SAP of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Material Masters.
Performing all tasks of production scheduling and purchasing as needed to support plant functions in their absence.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ Year(s) of experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
