Ideally, we would like to have candidates that have had experience in parcel distribution and in multi-drop deliveries in the UK.
Initially, this will be temporary work however this may lead to long-term work for people who show good work ethics and reliability.
As a 3.5 Multidrop Courier the work will involve:
The role will be to collect and deliver parcels to resident homes and businesses across various postcodes.
Multidrop deliveries within the area
Lifting parcels up to 30 kg and be able to deliver 60-80 drops per day
Ideal candidate:
Will have min.
6 months of experience as a multi-drop driver
Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points on it
Communicative level of English to deal with the customers
Be able to work Monday till Friday, and Saturday if needed
The typical hours for this role could fall between 7 am and 7 pm Monday till Friday, extra hours available on Saturday and Sunday

The primary objective of the Business Development Manager (BDM) is to develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with commissioners, local authorities, NHS partners, and housing providers, driving significant business growth for our client.
The BDM will take a lead role in sourcing and developing new properties, increasing the availability of accommodation, and expanding our client's housing portfolio to meet the demand for services.

Strategic Relationship Building & Property Acquisition:

Key Account Management:
Develop and implement Key Account Plans that build upon strategic partnerships, deliver business growth, and meet service user needs.
Provide regular insights and market intelligence to senior stakeholders, showcasing opportunities for new business and delivering strategic presentations.
Business Development Planning:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans that promote services, ensuring visibility and competitiveness in the marketplace.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, and property acquisition targets, providing accurate forecasts and updates to senior management.
Market Research and Property Pipeline Development:
Conduct ongoing analysis of the local housing market and competitor landscape to identify and pursue new property acquisition opportunities.
Experience:
At least 3 years' experience in business development within Social Care
Strong track record in sourcing and managing property portfolios within the care or housing sectors, working alongside developers and housing associations.
Proven experience in managing key accounts and achieving business growth in complex environments
Salary: £65,000 (Full-time) - mainly remote with meetings/forums/events to attend in and around Liverpool.

The Project Administrator plays an integral role in the project lifecycle by validating, organizing, and ensuring compliance for all project documentation and financial processes.
Upon receiving SAP Sales Order information from Customer Service Representatives, the administrator confirms all compliance requirements based on the WTI Price Book Policy/Procedures and Contract Management Policy, completing checklists to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed. This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights. Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval. The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of WTI's operational, financial, and compliance frameworks to support accurate project execution and reporting.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $65,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
