The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
$21-38/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.

Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Quality Managers manages the Quality Process to ensure we are effectively meeting our key business metrics and satisfying all customer product requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all quality related functions in the plant.
Act as primary plant liaison with Customers dealing with their processing issues.
Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials.
Work directly with Corporate and local Purchasing on vendor quality or supply issues; assist with vendor selection and qualification.
Manage ISO Quality systems.
Lead the lean/six sigma initiatives in the plant.
Respond to and report on customer complaints - manage the root cause investigation, corrective action implementation and follow up, and the SAP quality process.
Interact professionally and timely both verbally and in writing with customers and sales force.
Develop quality standards for raw materials and finished product.
Oversee all lab functions and personnel, assuring safety and integrity of those operations.
Perform testing on raw materials and finished product as required.
Implement material cost saving plans where and when appropriate.
Participate in annual budget planning.
Assist in all compliance activities, especially HazCom and maintaining SDS system.
Other projects/tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Quality, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Polymer, or Business is required.
EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of experience is required. Experience with chemical batch-making operations and quality programs, such as Lean, ISO, Six Sigma, is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
ISO certification is required

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Manages daily manufacturing activities for the off-shift at the operating level and to achieve effective and efficient use of facilities and personnel as well as conformance to schedules and budgets.
Focuses for the short-term goals are on-time delivery, cost of sales, quality and gross margin, human resources.
Focuses for long-term are the formulation, planning, and implementation of strategies outlined by senior management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures the safety of staff, equipment and all activities are in accordance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations. Ensures that staff is adequately trained and that all training is up to date. Works with cost Accounting to develop operating budget. Oversees, either directly or indirectly, investigations of labor, cost and process variances and deviations. Participates in the development, revision and accuracy of production plan. Responsible for the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes. Manages the facility to ensure team members achieve their potential and the teams meet their goals. Continuously improve customer satisfaction through programs to reduce delinquencies, provide for exceptional service level and meet customer quality and cost expectations.
Actively seek customer interfaces to communicate and facilitate customer needs within the organization. Works closely with direct manager to establish long-range operating goals and expansion and to ensure manufacturing goals are consistent with strategic direction. Establish uniform methods of manufacturing similar products. Coordinates and monitors plans for reduction in cost and product lead times for existing and new products. Directs the implementation of advanced technology to aid in reaching productions goals. Create productive departments through written and verbal communication. Project a positive image to peers and subordinates, to customers we serve, to the industry in which we participate and to the community in which we live by producing a cost-efficient, quality product in a productive environment. Be able to manage site by using P&L for the plant to ensure we know prior to end of month how plant profitability is and adjust if falling below targets. Should understand how BOM's, with direct and indirect costs, are set up for the site to ensure proper scheduling and management of the site.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering degree preferred)

As a Workshop Technician you will be working within the ROV Workshop team and will report directly into the ROV Technician Supervisor.

We are looking for someone with a recognized apprenticeship in a mechanical or hydraulic discipline (or equivalent).
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of principles, techniques, procedures, and the use of equipment required for the repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
They must be able to read, comprehend, and follow diagrams, schematic drawings, OEM manuals, and engineering instructions, and possess good workshop practices and skills.

We are on the hunt for an experienced Production Supervisor.
The successful applicant will take on a pivotal role in leading a multi-skilled team of Production Colleagues within a rapidly expanding manufacturing business.
They will be instrumental in enhancing operational performance across the key areas of safety, service, and cost by effectively engaging and developing the team.
The Role:
Oversee the maintenance and development of team competencies, working closely with other Production Supervisors and the Production Manager to coordinate training delivery.
Foster a positive culture of accountability and engagement to promote best practices in safety, service, and cost management.
Implement and raise awareness of lean manufacturing techniques to maximise production efficiency.
Lead and manage colleague activity effectively during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
Provide accurate and timely reporting of performance data relating to safety, service, and cost.
Ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and machinery by the team.
Maintain the continuity and resilience of manufacturing capabilities by driving team development and training initiatives.
Ensure processes are followed correctly, while encouraging the team to challenge and improve them where necessary.
Collaborate with the Production Manager and other Supervisors to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure the delivery of production schedules as outlined by the operational leadership team.
Promote safe and effective behaviours within the team, addressing poor behaviours when appropriate.
Manage the receipt, production, and dispatch of materials in line with business processes and requirements.
Work with the operational leadership team and HR to define management responsibilities regarding Health, Safety, and Environment.
Collaborate with the Quality, Compliance, and Technical teams to ensure that Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) are raised for non-compliances and that corrective actions are implemented.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to support the client's purpose and mission.
Engage, empower, and motivate the team through effective management tools and clear communication.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to ensure consistent support and guidance.
Participate in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes when necessary.
Carry out annual performance reviews in line with the client's performance review process.
Achieve team KPIs aligned with overall business objectives.
Provide regular updates to the Production Manager on team performance against set KPIs.
Drive a high-performing, values-based culture within the team.
Attend regular management meetings, providing updates and feedback on team and functional performance.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.
Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and performs work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and use of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Foreman. Understands and executes proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct.
