EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one- or two-year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of construction, building and facility maintenance a plus.

We are hunting for an Internal Account Manager to support the UK sales team and enable seamless sales and account management support across UK business functions.
Delivering Garage Workshop Consumables across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution and MRO space is where our client excels.
Ideal Location - Coventry - Nuneaton - Leicester - Hinckley - Tamworth
Good Salary Neg ££ (Circa £28-32k) + Bonus + Pension
Mon - Fri working week (No weekends)
Our utopia:
Product knowledge is not essential for this role, however we seek individuals with a nose for increasing sales, developing customer spends and increasing order values through asking great questions.
1st class customer service skills are centric with a possible long term ambition to move into a field based sales role over time.
Our ideal candidate will have worked within Parts Supply, large Motor Factor or Industrial / Engineering Supplies / Distributor possessing excellent sales and business support skills however if you have great Sales skills in similar sectors you will also be considered.
10 Key skills:
Knowledge and experience of supporting a field sales based function and attentive customer service skills are vital.
Ability to take and process orders whilst building solid customer relationships.
Nose for increasing and sniffing out incremental sales to increase average order values.
Setting up and onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
High level of IT literacy, particularly presentations packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
Clear and concise communication skills written and verbally.
Professional outlook able to quickly build and develop customer relationships.
Highly organised with solid work ethic approaching tasks tenaciously.
Punctual and enthusiastic can do work ethic.
Smart in appearance, able to create excellent 1st impressions.

The Role:
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from initial concept through to production.
Create and refine 3D CAD models ideally using Solidworks and rendered conceptual images using Keyshot or similar tools.
Prepare supporting documentation, drawings, and graphics as needed.
Collaborate with New Product Development (NPD), Production, and Technical Service teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
Assist the Quality Manager with failure mode analysis, testing, and corrective actions.
Perform prototype testing and resolve design and functionality issues.
Ensure that all designs comply with industry-specific safety and compliance standards.
Manage and update drawing registers, specifications, BOMs, and assembly documentation.
Communicate design changes to suppliers and internal teams.
Demonstrated experience managing the entire product life cycle from concept to production.
Strong graphic design skills, with experience in Adobe Acrobat Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Keyshot or equivalent rendering software.
Strong time management and project management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer-driven solutions.
