JOB DESCRIPTION The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.
Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies.
This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Tremco's Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing division is currently searching for Operator I's at our Ashland, Ohio facility.
This position starts up, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of scrap, timing and output rate a majority of the time in one of the manufacturing areas listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures. Produce product according to tolerances on blueprints. Perform routine measurements per quality standards. Read and interpret extrusion instructions. Maintain accurate paperwork. Correctly package and label products. Perform daily housekeeping duties: sweep, mop, chip salt, skim, and maintain 5S areas. Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards. Setup and operate various off-line and secondary equipment to include cutters, tape machines, punch press, hot box, and reeling machine.

The Credit Analyst makes order release decisions.
Effectively and efficiently manage the company's accounts receivable to ensure that accounts receivable balances and customer payment withholding are kept to a minimum.
Review customer accounts for credit and terms.
Maintain \"days of sale\" past due percentages and \"bad debt write-off\" results.
Effectively establish & maintain limits and terms of sale.
Assist in the expediting of customer claims.
Minimize past due balances and reconcile accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collection management of Accts Receivable through Getpaid Software system (faxes, emails, and calls). Order approval decision-making within company policy, through SAP computer system and Getpaid. Creditworthiness of new & existing accounts, involving investigation, recommendation, and decision-making.
Analysis and interpretation of financial statements. Expediting and following up on customer dispute claims. Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable, setting up payment plan procedures as needed. Monthly report updates using SAP reports and Excel spreadsheets. Determining and placing delinquent accounts for collection through 3rd party agency Coordinate and participate in meetings.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.
Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and performs work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and use of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Foreman. Understands and executes proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct.

Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
