Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems, scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, quality and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, project costs and generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Panel Production Coordinator ensures the seamless integration of design specifications and manufacturing processes, through accurate drawings and measurements, efficient material tracking, and optimal production operations and planning.

Monitor and track the usage of materials throughout the production process and conduct periodic checks to ensure adherence to production schedules and material utilization targets to meet customer order expectations. Develop detailed and accurate 2D drawings for fabrication tickets, providing clear and comprehensive instructions for the production team. Prepare accurate cut sheets to optimize material cuts, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency in the production process. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to project milestones and deadlines. Convert CAD drawings into Alpha CAM files suitable for CNC machines, ensuring seamless translation of design specifications into the manufacturing processes and instructions. Review and understand shop drawings and engineering calculations to ensure compliance with specifications and design criteria. Collaborate with sales, operations, and others to answer questions, address uncertainties and earn complete customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE: Six months to one-year related experience and/or training Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing is preferred
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Indicate if required or preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, AutoCAD, SAP, and other related software. General Purpose of the Job:
Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems. Position Duties & Responsibilities:• Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems• Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)• Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.• Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.• Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.• Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees Job Requirements:• Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred• Reliable form of transportation• Acceptable background check per company standards• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $30.
