The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
$21-38/hour (not including prevailing wage)

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Assist the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Ensure the subcontractor has submitted the required documents. Establish timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report as required. Alongside your caseload, you will be managing the Conveyancing department where you will be recruiting for new talent to join your team, streamlining, and implementing successful processes and policies and working closely with the HR Manager regarding employee's requirements and training.
You will attend quarterly departmental meetings, and Head of Department meetings twice a year.
To be considered for this Head of Residential Conveyancing role you will be a qualified Solicitor experienced in a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
