Issue Master Contractor or Subcontractor agreements for large contracts and POs for smaller projects. Coordinate work with key project resources, including Construction Managers, customers, and management.
Project management will consist of managing time and expenses as incurred on projects, monitoring payables beyond 30 days, tracking plan and actual costs, confirming that all project documents have been collected (bonds, insurance, submittals, etc.), and ensuring expected costs are received and processed before job closeout, and prepare accurate and timely invoices to customers based on pricing, and billing procedures, within established metrics and contract terms.

2nd Line Engineer - London ( 4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week WFH)
Up to £40,000 PA
IT department within a leading construction engineering business seeking a highly proactive and analytical 2nd Line Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for logging, diagnosing, and resolving issues with various hardware and software packages.
This role involves providing technical support to 1st line IT support technicians, other IT functions, and external vendors, ensuring continuous high-level support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
, Provide end-user support to VIPs and users via telephone, remote support, email, and face-to-face
, Prioritise and manage workflow through the ITSM system (ServiceNow)
, Conduct on-site technical investigations and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
, Collaborate with IT team members and support 1st and 2nd line IT teams
, Install, update, maintain, and support various software packages and hardware
, Perform Active Directory administration and deploy software via Endpoint Manager
, Support SIP/VOIP telephony and video conference systems
, Configure and support iOS/Android mobile devices and 4G/5G dongles
, Assist with IT projects and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
, Microsoft certifications (desired)
, Experience with ITSM systems

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team, supporting the maintenance, repair, and calibration of specialist automotive air conditioning recharging machines.
This Service and Maintenance Engineers role would ideally suit a mechanic, vehicles technician or Technical Maintenance Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer who would like to put their technical skills to use to follow a different career path.
You will be joining a well-established business with an international reach but has a warm team orientated vibrant family feel.

Be an experienced Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer.
Be able to Service, calibrate, and repair company products.
Complete job sheets, including customer details, issues found, work carried out, and spare parts used.
Liaise with the Aftersales Support team on service and repair requests, providing timely feedback and updates.
Assist with in-house service and repair work for the AC machinery equipment range and diagnostic tools during quieter periods.
Support the sales team with product installations and deliver basic product training to end-users, as required.
Offer technical and product support to customers regarding equipment.
Proficient technical knowledge of automotive systems, ideally vehicle diagnostics and AC units.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
