Main responsibilities

Provide constructive challenge and recommend the right communications tools and channels based on evidence and audience insights.
Mentor and support team members, ensuring skill development across all communications disciplines.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience leading successful digital, media, marketing, and internal communications campaigns.
Strong problem-solving skills in addressing complex stakeholder communications challenges, including experience in political environments.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
Proficiency in IT systems (Office365/SharePoint), social media platforms, and basic video and image editing tools.
Resilient, adaptable, and organized with the ability to meet challenging deadlines and handle shifting priorities.

Job Title - Service Charge Analyst

Role summary - This position is key to ensuring accurate financial management and transparency within service charges, handling both actual expenditure analysis and future cost estimations.
You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate accounts, resolving issues, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth budget setting and service charge management.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed analysis of actual expenditure and estimates of future costs as part of the Service Charge actuals and budget-setting process.
Calculate provisions based on actual replacement and refurbishment requirements.
Check contracts and allocate costs to the correct schemes.
Review exceptions within schemes, resolve discrepancies, and monitor the spend on each scheme.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain supporting invoice and contract information.
Investigate and resolve any variations or issues arising from exceptions and report discrepancies.
Ensure invoices are coded and apportioned correctly, logging them promptly and accurately.
Maintain the integrity of account data, analysing variances where necessary.
Prepare service charge statements for distribution and secure necessary approvals.
Work with multiple systems to extract and reconcile budget and actual data.
Handle customer enquiries using case management techniques, investigating and escalating issues as needed.
Requirements:
