Oversee and supervise the implementation of psychological programmes, ensuring they are grounded in robust psychological theory and practice.
Support the ongoing monitoring and review of psychological programmes, ensuring staff have a thorough understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other psychological approaches required for effective programme delivery.
Produce timely reports for patient reviews as needed.
Contribute to the development of in-service and other training programmes.
Maintain records essential for evaluating service needs and efficiency.
Undertake research and audits relevant to patient assessments, as well as the development and evaluation of interventions.
Provide management and clinical supervision to psychology assistants and other staff as appropriate.

Requirements:
