JOB DESCRIPTION The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.
Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies.
This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman.
Address proper drainage, staging, application and details Observe and document all work being done

The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as liaison to CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed). Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates. Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items. Verify that all project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self- perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using the available tools, including collaboration with the RBM. Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction. Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed. Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management-related coordination and collaboration.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including: expense management monthly sales projections Field Tech time management status reports bidding jobs with reps large job sign offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.

Engineering Labourer, £26,000 an year, Monday to Friday.

The Engineering Labourer position is working with a leading manufacturing business in West Yorkshire, the company have excellent working conditions & facilities with 33 holidays are just a few of the perks that you will enjoy whilst working in this position.Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Labourer:
Ensuring that the machine shop & factory is clean and tidy; carrying out deep cleans of certain areas when appropriate
Safely removing waste Fmaterial from machines when required
Moving & distributing materials, tooling and equipment to operators in a timely fashion
Loading & unloading.
Driving licence in needed.
Working Hours of the Engineering Labourer:
Monday to Thursday - 07.30 - 4.30pm
Friday - 07.30 - 12.30pm on a Friday
In return, you will receive:
Annual Salary: £26K
Holiday Allowance: 33 Days including public holidays/ 20 days holiday plus BH during probation period (3 months)

We are looking to recruit multiple Bench Joiners for a market leading vehicle manufacturing company.
We welcome applications from Bench Joiners, site joiners, woodworkers, assemblers or any candidate that has expereince assembling using hand and power tools.
Duties of the Bench Joiner role:-
Basic wood shop knowledge
Learn to cover and programme the CNC machine
Operate other wood cutting equipment
Basic Joinery Knowledge
Able to work with power tools
Able to work with hand tools
General up keep of the wood shop and premises to aid with the smooth running of the facility.
To include tidying, sweeping and cleaning.
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
What we need from you for the Bench Joiner role:-
A willingness to learn new skills, be hard working and a great work ethic.
Effective communication and positive relations with employees at all levels within the organisation and external contacts including customers and suppliers.
Be competent at working alone or as part of a team.
Experience in a similar field would be of benefit but not necessary as in house training can be given.
Integrity.
Confidentiality regarding all processes, data and information contained and discussed in the department.
Be aware of all Company policies and Health and Safety procedures and practices.
