1st shift, Monday through Friday Position is 100% onsite
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Document quantity, quality, type, weight, test result data, and value of materials or products, in order to maintain shipping, receiving, and production records and files.
Compare product labels, tags, or tickets, shipping manifests, purchase orders, and bills of lading to verify accuracy of shipment contents, quality specifications, and/or weights.
Communicate with customers and vendors to exchange information regarding products, materials, and services.
Compute product totals and charges for shipments.
Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. Cycle counting, auditing locations, closing monthly SAP transactions, analyzing data and preparing inventory reports for monthly Inventory Accuracy report. Proactively identifying potential process improvements, resolving issues to completion, and participate in facility wide QIO teams.
Required Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years experience in inventory control Experience using SAP

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts by sending out billing forms in timely manner, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. Reviews and applies money from suspense. Executes waivers, sworn statements, affidavits, etc.

Minimum Requirements

Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing.
